【摘要】 随着上海对历史文化风貌区的关注度不断增加,从2003年开始,上海市城市规划管理局相继编制了中心城区12片历史文化风貌区保护规划,在控制性详细规划的层面对风貌区范围内的建筑和道路制定了严格的保护规定。但是在具体项目的设计和规划管理过程中,相关的保护理论和控制层面的规划要求对于具体的设计操作尚不能做到十分详细的控制和引导。本文以黄浦区179街坊城市设计的前半段工作为例,主要论述历史街坊城市设计的前期工作究竟如何开展、前期工作需要研究哪些内容、这些内容对之后的具体建筑设计到底有多大的作用等问题。从上海市历史文化风貌区和历史建筑保护的大背景出发,研究在历史街坊城市更新中城市设计所要解决的问题,一方面分析关注历史研究、城市定位、功能和交通等非空间形态问题,更关注城市空间形态,历史建筑保护与更新和新建筑设计三方面的内容。非空间形态问题与设计不完全直接相关,但是能帮助建筑师更好地了解历史,理解城市,提高设计质量;城市空间形态问题是城市设计中最重要的内容,本论文对该类项目的研究从城市的角度出发提出空间形态设计要求的可行性;历史建筑保护与更新和新建筑设计问题虽然是建筑设计的内容,本论文试图通过分析得出历史建筑保护的具体控制内容和改造更新的控制性要求,并对新建筑设计提出可操作的具体要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, Shanghai historical cultural areas claim more attention. From 2003, the conservation plans of historic areas were compiled to preserve the historical buildings and roads. However, in the urban renewal of the historical areas, the conservation plan doesn’t work as well as people expected.My research focuses on the initial stage of urban design and tries to find out what to do in this stage, and how does it work in the following stage of design, through taking urban design for Block 179 as an example.The initial stage studies mainly on the urban and historical background, urban space, preservation and reuse of historical building, and new design in the historical block. The study aims to make the whole work of the initial stage helping urban designers and architects to comprehend the city, and compiles urban design guidelines to enhance design quality. Above all, the key issue of my research is how urban desgn guidelines assure urban space quality.更多还原
