【摘要】 旅游目的地研究是旅游地理学的重要话题。城市作为一种独特的旅游目的地对区域旅游发展具有更为深远的意义。随着城市化进程的推进,如何在有限的土地空间上为旅游发展预留一席地,以城市旅游带动区域旅游的发展,需要对城市型旅游目的地的空间结构进行合理组织和优化。温州旅游资源丰富,有雁荡山、楠溪江等知名旅游景区作支撑。但从中心城市的角度来看,温州既不能同杭州、苏州、南京等传统旅游目的地相提并论,又无法与三亚、珠海、丽江等新兴旅游目的地相媲美。温州旅游业要突破发展瓶颈,必须跳出传统的旅游发展思路,紧随城市建设的步伐,站在城市型旅游目的地这一更宽的视角上来重新思考旅游业的发展问题。因此,构建城市型旅游目的地,合理组织和优化其空间结构,将是推进温州旅游业全面发展的有效途径之一。本文基于国内外相关研究成果和经典理论,从廓清基本概念入手,对城市型旅游目的地空间结构要素进行界定和特征分析,构建出要素整合的一般模型。通过分析其空间结构演变的理论基础和驱动因素,归纳出城市型旅游目的地发展阶段与空间结构模式演变。在此基础上,根据城市型旅游目的地空间结构优化的目标和原则,总结了其空间结构优化的途径。最后以温州为例,在空间结构现状分析的基础上,提出了温州建设城市型旅游目的地空间结构优化的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism destination research is an important topic of tourism geography. As a kind of unique tourism destination, urban has a more far-reaching significance for the development of regional tourism. As the procession of urbanization forward, how to set aside a piece of land for tourism development in the limited land space and drive the development of regional tourism by urban tourism, which needs to carry on the optimization to the spatial structure of urban tourism destination.Wenzhou is rich in tourism resources and famous for its Yandang Mountain, Nanxi River and others. From the perspective of the central city, Wenzhou can not be compared with well-known traditional tourism destinations, such as Hangzhou, Suzhou and Nanjing, and it is also not be comparable with emerging tourism destinations, such as Sanya, Zhuhai and Lijiang. In order to break through the bottleneck of tourism development, the tourism industry in Wenzhou must jump out of the traditional tourism development ideas, and follow the pace of urban construction, and rethink the issue of tourism development on the broader perspective of urban tourism destination. Therefore, building urban tourism destination and optimizing its spatial structure reasonably, this is one of the effective ways to promote the comprehensive development of tourism industry in Wenzhou.Based on the related research results and classical theory at home and abroad, the basic concept of urban tourism destination is firstly dissected. By defining and analyzing the spatial structure elements of urban tourism destination, the general model of the elements of integration is designed. By analyzing the theoretical foundation and driving factors of the spatial structure evolution of urban tourism destination, the development stages and the evolution patterns of urban tourism destination are summed up. Then, according to the optimization objectives and principles, the way to optimize the spatial structure of urban tourism destination is given. Finally, based on the analysis of spatial structure of the status quo, some relevant recommendations are made to optimize the spatial structure of urban tourism destination in Wenzhou.更多还原
