【摘要】 在国家提出建设环境友好型社会目标的大背景下,构建产生污染少、生态破坏小的环境友好型矿山运行模式,是解决矿山生态破坏和环境污染问题的有效途径,也是建设生态型和环境友好型矿山的基础。在充分认识我国矿山生态环境问题现状及特征,分析矿山生态破坏和环境污染产生机制的基础上,初步探讨了环境友好型矿山运行模式的内涵,提出从矿山开采、废弃物综合利用、污染物治理、生态重塑四个方面构建环境友好型矿山运行模式的体系。这四个方面按照矿业生产实际过程,遵循矿山生态环境问题产生、污染综合治理和生态景观恢复的逻辑过程,同时也是矿山社会效益、经济效益和环境效益增值的过程。其次,在综合分析矿山生态环境问题产生机制及综合治理途径基础上,从环境友好型矿山运行模式内容的四个方面设计了能较为全面反映矿山运行模式水平的评价指标体系、建立了环境友好型矿山运行模式的等级标准,建立模糊综合评价模型对其水平进行评价。最后,以兖矿为实例,在分析兖矿生态环境总体状况、存在问题及进行的生态环境保护措施的基础上,对兖矿环境友好型矿山运行模式进行实践研究,并用构建的模型和标准对兖矿环境友好型矿山运行模式进行了评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of providing the goal of building environmentally-friendly society by our country, to build a less pollution, ecological damage on the environmentally-friendly model of operation of mines, is an effective way to solve the problem of environmental pollution and ecological damage, also is the basis of building environmentally-friendly mine.In the full awareness of the ecological environment status mine, on the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of the enviromental pollution and ecological damage, described the connotations of operation model of environmentally- friendly mine. And from four aspects of the mining, comprehensive utilization of wastes, pollution control, eco-remodeling to constructe environmentally- friendly operation model of the system. In accordance with the actual process of mining production, these four aspects follow the logic of the process of the mine ecological environment problem, the comprehensive management of pollution and ecological landscape restoration, but also to achieve social benefits of mining, economic and environmental benefits of value-added process.Then, on the basis of the consideration of the mine ecological environment issues and comprehensive disposal, this dissertation constructed the evaluation index system from the four areas designed to reflect fully the level of environmentally-friendly mining operation model, set up the grading standards of environmentally-friendly mining operation model, and use the fuzzy comprehensive methods to evaluate.Finally, take Yanzhou Mine for example, on the foundation of the analysis to the economy overall condition and the existing problems of Yanzhou Mine, this paper designs the high effective operation model of environmentally-friendly mining that suits the Yanzhou Mine, and evaluates the mining operation model of Yanzhou Mine, provides the rationalization proposals for environmentally- friendly mining operation model of Yanzhou Mine future construction.更多还原
