在线式瓦斯检测员考勤系统

【摘要】 本课题在对瓦斯监控系统以及瓦斯巡更系统现状及国内外相关产品概况分析的基础上,研制了一套在线式瓦斯检测员考勤系统。本文主要介绍此系统中的通信分站和上位机软件的设计两部分。通信分站采用红外通信的方式与瓦斯检测仪进行通信,以获得由瓦斯检测仪测得的瓦斯浓度和井下温度,以及瓦斯检测仪内部存储的瓦斯检测员的姓名代号等相关信息。本设计选用TSAL6200和TSOP1838作为红外收发模块。通信分站采用RS-485通信的方式与井上监控主机进行通信,选用MAX1480作为RS-485电平转换芯片,它的内部集成电源隔离以及信号隔离,外围电路简单易用。根据本课题的功能要求以及成本等因素,本论文选用AT89C2051作为处理器。本设计的通信分站的电源采用4节1号干电池供电,由于通信分站每次通信工作时间较短,耗电量较少,故可以半年更换一次电池。在电池电量不足,需更换电池时,本设计采用指示灯的方式做出提醒。本论文的上位机软件的设计采用VC++.NET作为设计开发环境,VC++.NET的强大的功能,不仅能满足本设计的现有功能,而且完全能够满足以后系统的改进设计。上位机软件主要完成了对瓦斯检测员的考勤,以及对瓦斯浓度和温度的监控与报警,并将这些信息进行报表打印,工作人员也可以通过本软件来查询历史数据记录。本系统经过在新泰崖头煤矿的现场使用,运行情况良好,基本实现了本系统的设计目的,实现了对瓦斯监测员的考勤,以及瓦斯浓度的检测。

【Abstract】 This subject gives a design on the online gas inspector surveillance system for substation in coal mine on the basis of analysis about existing condition and related production of gas monitoring and patrolling system in domestic and foreign. This paper mainly studies two parts in the design-the communication substation and the PC software.Using the infrared communication, the substation communicates with the gas detector, to get the gas concentration, the underground temperature and the relevant information of the inspector which is storage in the gas detector, such as the names and the codes. This design selects the chips named TSAL6200 and TSOP1838 as the infrared receiving and transmitting module.The substation communicates with the PC, using RS-485 communication technology. The chip named MAX1480, which interior integrates power isolation, signal isolate, and the peripheral circuit is easy to use, is selected as the power switch chip of RS-485.This design selects AT89C2051 as the processor based on the request, cost and other factors of this subject. The communication substation, which operating time is short each time and wastes little power, uses four 1st dry batteries and can replace half a year. When the battery is shortage and need to replace, this design uses indicator light to remind.The design of the PC software uses VC++.NET as the design and development environment, which has powerful features not only fulfils the existing function but also fulfils the improved design of this system in the future. The PC software mainly completes the surveillance of the gas inspector, the monitoring and warning of the gas concentration and temperature, and prints the relevant information in report forms. This software can also help the staff to query the historical data records.The system designed in this paper functions in good condition when it is used in Xintai Yatou coal mine. The design purpose of this system, to supervise the gas inspector and monitor the gas concentration, is achieved.
