高中段大面积矿房底柱安全回收技术研究

【摘要】 山东省招金集团大尹格庄金矿采用机械化上向水平分层尾砂充填采矿法开采矿房,中段高度80m,各中段留设厚5m左右的底柱。为了安全高效回收底柱,选定-210m中段底柱(-290m中段4217采场顶柱段),进行开采方法与回采工艺研究,提出了切合实际的底柱回收技术,以指导其他采场的底柱安全回收工作。本文论证了采用超前注浆上向进路连续回采采矿法回采底柱的可行性,提出了底柱回采前的一系列安全技术措施:超前注浆造顶、打长锚索加强支护、留设护顶层。并通过数值模拟初步确定了护顶层留设厚度为2m,以及进路合理跨度,最后进路跨度定为3m。在此基础上又通过数值模拟对进路回采顺序进行了优化,确定了采用单边进路回采工艺,并从采准工程、通风系统、运输系统、充填系统几个方面加以展开。

【Abstract】 Dayingezhuang Gold Mine of Shandong Zhaojin Group uses the mining method of mechanized upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling in room and pillar mining, and the height of the midpiece is 80 meters , there is a considerable proportion of sill pillar between two adjoining midpieces .For the sake of the safety and high efficiency in recovery of sill pillar, we take the sill pillar of-210 meter’s midpiece , which is on top of 4217 stope of -290 meter’s midpiece, as an experiment to study and research mining method and stoping technology , from which we summarizes the regularities in recovery of sill pillar and put it to recover other stopes’ sill pillar.The rationality of the upward drift stoping with backfill method in recovering sill pillar has been demonstrated in this paper, and summarizes safety measures for sill pillar mining. For example , it is necessary to inject grout and install long rope bolt to reinforce the supporting effect firstly; and then I determined the thickness of the top floor through numerical simulation. The remainder can be classified into three enter routes.The stoping technology of drift mining is discussed from the following aspects. ventilation system、development technology、transportation systems、backfilling system, etc. Also in this paper a series of safety protecting measures are put forward.
