基于剖面的山东省龙泉站金矿矿体三维模型的建立与应用

【摘要】 非层状矿体如金矿的三维建模及可视化技术是国内外研究的热点。建立金矿三维建模及可视化系统,对于完善数字矿山工程、提高生产工作效率、加快矿业信息化建设具有十分重要的意义。本文首先分析了山东省沂沭断裂带中段龙泉站金矿区的研究现状、存在的问题,提出了建立龙泉站金矿区地质体(金矿体、金矿化体、断层)三维实体模型的解决方法,并对建立非层状三维实体的研究意义、研究思路及研究内容进行了阐述。其次简述了“数字矿山“的发展历程,分析了国内外矿业三维可视化软件及建模方法的研究现状,总结了存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。然后对实现金矿三维建模系统的关键技术及算法进行了研究:即在实体、体元建模综合研究的基础上,提出了针对非层状矿体进行实体-体元实体结合的建模思路;并对实体-体元建模的概念模型、逻辑数据模型、构模过程进行了详细的研究;对实现金矿三维可视化的一些关键技术,如OpenGL技术等进行了阐述。接下来从我国金矿的实际条件出发,以Visual C++6.0和OpenGL作为前台开发工具,在LRGIS的基础上,开发了专门面向金矿的三维可视化系统,并详细介绍了系统的设计原则、系统的开发环境、系统的总体结构、系统的界面设计等,特别对系统建模的主要功能进行了突出描述;然后对系统主要功能的算法实现及系统的主要特点进行了介绍。最后介绍了龙泉站金矿区的成矿地质背景,在金矿三维可视化系统上建立了金矿区地质体(金矿体、金矿化体、断层)三维实体模型,模型客观地展示了龙泉站金矿体、金矿化体、断裂的空间形态及相互关系,显示了矿化蚀变带特征,探讨了断裂构造对矿体空间分布、形态、矿化局部富集的控制规律;根据立体模型中矿体的错位显示结合研究区后期脆性剪切带的研究对矿区深部找矿前景进行了初步预测,从而以良好的实例效果证明了金矿矿体建模系统的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Three-dimensional modeling and visualization technology of the non-layered ore body is a hot topic in China and abroad. The establishment of gold deposit three-dimensional visualization system plays an important role in perfecting digital mine project, improving production efficiency and accelerating information construction of the mine.At first, the paper analyses the research situation and existent problems of the gold deposit in the Long Quanzhan area of the YiShu fault zone middle part in the Shan Dong province, puts forward the methods of building the three-dimensional solid model for the geological body including gold orebody, gold mineralized body and fault in the Long Quanzhan area, described the research significance, research thinking and the research contents of the three-dimensional solid modeling.Secondly, the paper depicts the development history of digital mine, analyses research situation of domestic and international mine three-dimensional visualization software and modeling methods, and summarizes existent problems and proposes relevant countermeasures , then , the paper studies the key technique and algorithm of gold deposits three-dimensional modeling and visualization system: puts forward the solid combined with volume modeling idea according to the ore body, studies the conception model, logical data model, modeling process in detail, expatiates some key technique such as OpenGL and so on.Thirdly, according to the situation of gold deposits industries, the paper presents the whole framework of gold deposits three-dimensional visualization system.On the basis of LRGIS and using Visual C++ 6.0 and OpenGL as developing tools, the paper realizes the three-dimensional visualization system professionally gold deposits-oriented and introduces design principles, developing environment, system structure, interface design, especially for the system functions in detail, further, introduces the algorithm realization of the systemfunctions and the characteristics of the system.At last, the paper introduces the metallogenic background of the Long Quanzhan area. On the basis of the three-dimensional modeling and visualization system, the paper built the solid models of the geological bodies including gold orebody, gold mineralized body and fault in the research area, the models present the spatial form and mutual relationship of the gold orebody, gold mineralized body and fault impersonally, reveals the characteristics of the mineralization alteration zone,discusses the control law of the fault structure to the spatial distribution, morphology, mineralized local concentration of the ore body. According to the ore body dislocation show combined with brittle shear zone in the research area from the stereomodel, the paper forecasts the deep ore body preliminarily, therefore, the good effect proves the application value for the three-dimensional modeling and visualization system.
