煤矿通防事故危险性预警及集成式管理系统研究

【摘要】 基于大量的煤矿通防事故案例分析,分析总结了我国煤矿通防事故的发生原因和通防事故特征;并以人体生理结构为参考,按照事故致因理论,结合煤矿通防生产系统的实际情况,以人体生理结构为参考,建立了煤矿通防事故模型,对煤矿通防事故发生机理进行了分析。然后,以通防事故模型为基础,根据事故预警原理,建立了煤矿通防事故危险性预警模型,在对预警模型进行深入研究分析的基础上提出了完整的煤矿通防事故危险性预警方法体系:首先采用鱼刺图法对通防事故危险性因素进行辨识,然后根据辨识出的危险性因素确定通防事故危险性评价指标,根据危险性评价指标,用模糊综合评判法确定事故危险性等级。最后,根据危险性因素和危险性评价等级的结果,建立通防事故危险性预警指标。采用指标预警法、因素预警法和回归分析预测法设计预警准则,确定预警周期,并制定通防事故危险性等级和预警信号标准。根据预警准则,用预警指标对事故危险性进行预警分析,并发布预警信号。在模糊综合评判过程中,采用安全检查表法将危险性评价指标中定性因素进行定量化,降低定性因素评定数值的不准确性,而且安全检查表在量化定性指标的同时已经对系统的危险性进行了评价,有利于预警信号发布后预控对策的实施。论文中,采用Web Services技术和ASP技术研制了集成式预警管理信息系统软件,可利用计算机网络开展通防事故危险性预警工作,提高了煤矿通防安全工作的信息化和现代化水平,并从一定程度上解决了煤矿安全监测监控设备资源浪费、数据冗余和信息孤岛问题。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of abundant mine accident case, preliminarily summed up the causes and features of China’s coal mine accidents about ventilation, gas, dust and fire; reference for the human physiological structure, according to the result of the accident theory, combined with the actual status of coal mine producing system, established a coal mine accident prevention model about ventilation, gas, dust and fire, and analysis the mechanism of the coal mine accidents about ventilation, gas, dust and fire. Based on the accident prevention model and early-warning principle, established a risk early-warning model about ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines. On the basic of analyzing the risk early-warning model about ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines, put forward a completed method system of risk early-warning on ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines: firstly identify risk factors of ventilation, gas, dust and fire accidents in coal mines used the CCA, then according to the risk factors to identify the risk evaluation index about ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines, and determine the accident risk class by fuzzy assessment, finally, according to the risk factors and levels of risk assessment results to determine risk early-warning indicators about ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines. Established the early-warning criteria used of indicators early-warning method, factors early-warning method and regression analysis predicted method and identify the early-warning cycle; established the early- warning signals of ventilation, gas, dust and fire in coal mines. According to the early-warning criteria, analysis the risk of accidents using early warning indicators, issue the warning signals. In the progress of fuzzy assessment, use SCL to quantitative the qualitative index and decrease the evaluation numerical inaccuracy of qualitative factors. In this paper, developed integrated early-warning management information system software using the Web Services and ASP technology and it can also do the early-warning of ventilation, gas, dust and fire job by internet. This improved the information and modernization level of safety work in coal mines and solves the problems of resource wasting, data redundancy, and information isolated island.
