华丰煤矿环保产业化发展模式研究

【摘要】 环保问题已成为制约煤炭企业进一步发展壮大的主要因素之一。煤炭企业利用自身资本、资源和市场优势,发展环保产业,可为矿区防治环境污染、改善生态环境、保护自然资源提供有效的设施和服务,从而提高环境保护投资效益。矿区生态环境治理为煤炭企业发展环保产业提供了广阔的市场空间。本文在对华丰煤矿及煤炭相关环保产业发展现状进行了解的基础上,结合现状分析和理论研究,构建了华丰煤矿环保产业化的发展模式。首先,介绍了华丰煤矿的基本情况以及煤炭环保相关的主要资源如煤矸石、粉煤灰、矿井水、共生伴生矿物等资源综合治理利用情况;然后,对华丰煤矿环保产业化的理论和实践基础进行分析研究,认为华丰煤矿通过产品与产业结构调整、推行清洁生产与计量节能、构建循环经济工业园区,为其环保产业化发展奠定了良好的基础;其次,分析了华丰煤矿的煤矸石、矿井水、粉煤灰、塌陷区、余热等资源综合利用情况,重点对煤矸石的数量和特征、利用方式、环境经济效益进行了介绍和分析;再次,研究了环保产业化的技术支撑体系,确定了3项支撑技术和3项相关技术,使用生态工业技术评价法对华丰煤矿的环保技术进行分析和评价,选择其环保产业化依托的支撑技术;最后,提出华丰煤矿环保产业化发展的总体思路,构建其发展模式,并针对我国发展环保产业的保障体系展开讨论。

【Abstract】 Environmental protection problem has being one of the leading factors which are in the way of the developing of coal enterprises. Coal enterprises provide effectual establishment and service for prevention and cure of diggings environment, improving environment, protecting natural resource, by raising environment protection industry. It is diggings environment supervising that provide wide market space for coal enterprise raising environment protection industry.This paper constructs environmental protection industrialization development mode of Hua-Feng colliery by status quo analyze and theory research, based on knowing Hua-Feng colliery and status quo of environment protection industry related to coal industry. Firstly, it introduces Hua-Feng colliery and utilization of resources related to coal, such as gangue, pulverized coal ash, mine water, commensally mineral, etc. Secondly, it analyses theory and practice foundation of environment protection industrialization of Hua-Feng colliery, and thinks it has established good foundation for environmental protection industrialization, which by adjusting framework of output and industry, pushing cleaner production and metric retrenching energy, constructing circular economy industry region. Thirdly, it analyses utilization of resource of Hua-Feng colliery, such as gangue, pulverized coal ash, mine water, afterheat, and so on. Particularly, it introduces quantity, character, and using mode of gangue, and analyses its benefit of environmental and economic. Fourthly, it researches technology supporting system of environmental production industrialization, confirms 3 support technoloy and 3 related technology, evaluates environmental technology of Hua-Feng colliery by a method called zoology technology evaluate, and it chooses the support technology. Lastly, it brings the main way of environmental protection industrialization forward, and constructs its development mode.
