“数字山东”空间信息共享平台的初步搭建

【摘要】 地理信息Web共享为地学研究提供了崭新的形式。地理信息网络共享的最终形式是基于互联网的分布式地理信息系统。目前互联网上一些政府部门和科研机构的地学信息共享机制正在朝这个方向发展和完善,在这方面还有许多工作需要深入研究。本文主要是依据“数字山东空间信息共享平台”建设的要求,研究了Web服务的基本理论,分析了其体系结构、运行模型、协议标准和主要支撑技术,并对整个共享平台的体系结构做了深入的学习和研究;研究了数据共享中GIS互操作的标准OGC,解决对象跨平台的连接和交互问题,从而实现在不同分布式计算平台、不同数据模型、不同数据结构、不同空间数据表示,不同数据定义语言和数据操作语言之间的自由地数据交换与协同处理;元数据标准的分析。并根据省级地理信息数据的特点,确定了采纳的元数据标准,并依据数据组织的需要,设计了一系列动态元数据表;空间数据库的设计。论文针对省级基础地理空间元数据库进行了模型设计;空间元数据发布平台实现了数据描述信息的分布管理和发布,利用元数据系统在数据生产者和用户之间建立的产品信息层次的交换网络可以极大的提高用户搜索信息产品的效率和所得数据的适用率。

【Abstract】 Geographic information web sharing provides a new form study for the Geography Internet-based distributed geographic information systems is the ultimate form of geographic information network sharing. Currently on the Internet some part of the government and research institutions study the information-sharing mechanism in this direction, to develop and improve in this area needs a lot of work and in-depth study.This article is based on the requirements of the building of the "digital Shandong Spatial Information Sharing Platform," Researching on the Web service’s basic theory, analysis of its architecture and operating model, protocol standards and major technical support and the sharing platform architecture to do an in-depth study and research; Researching on the sharing of GIS data interoperability standards OGC, resolve the issue connectivity and interaction of cross-platform object, to realize different distributed computing platforms, different data models and different data structure, different spatial data, different data definitions language and data operation can exchange and collaborative processing freely; Metadata standard analysis. Find a series of meta-data content standards and rules both at home and abroad, according to the provincial level and the characteristics of GIS data determine the adoption of the meta-data standards and design a series of dynamic metadata table based on the needs of the organization; Spatial database design. Papers design the model of the provincial geospatial databases for the basis of metadata; Spatial metadata platform realizes the management and distribution of the data describing information, using of meta-data systems between the data producers and users of products, the information exchange network will greatly improve user searching for information products efficiency and the data from the application rate.
