胁腹宁颗粒治疗慢性胆囊炎的药效学研究

【摘要】 本课题为胁腹宁颗粒治疗慢性胆囊炎属湿热蕴结证的药效学实验,以明确该病的发病机制及本制剂治疗该病的作用机理。胁腹宁颗粒是长春中医药大学第一附属医院刘铁军教授根据多年临床经验组方而成,作为院内制剂临床已应用多年,疗效确切。该方具有疏肝解郁、行气止痛功效。实验结果表明:本方具有对胆囊炎细胞浸润有明显抑制作用,有较好的解热镇痛作用,对小鼠的肠蠕动有明显的促进作用。说明本方具有明显的抗炎、利胆等作用,为临床治疗胆囊炎提供了药效学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prescription is in order to observe the clinical curative effect that the xiefuning granule treats chronic cholecystitis of syndrome of damt-heat ftagnation and carry on researching experiment about pharmacodynamics, make clear the pathogenesis of the disease and mechanism of action of this prescription. Professor Liu Tiejun of the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine succeeded on researching the xiefuning granule by clinical experience of donkey’s years. The xiefuning granule has been applied as clinical pharmacy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for donkey’s years. It has curative effect exact. This prescription has the efficacy of soothing the Liver and regulating the Circulation of qi and promoting circulation of qi and to relieve pain.The experiment results show that the prescription restrains the infiltration of chronic cholecystitis cells, has antipyretic and analgesic effects and accelerates the intestiral peristalsis of the mouse obviously. The effect of anti-inflammatory and cholagogic has been proved actively. It offer the basis of pharmacodynamics for chronic cholecystitis on clinical treatment.更多还原
