【摘要】 目的:通过对针刺敏感点配合肩三针治疗肩周炎的临床研究,观察其疗效。然后对针刺敏感点配合肩三针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效作出客观的评价。方法:将60名符合入选标准的肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对两组病例治疗前后的肩关节疼痛评定、肩关节功能活动变化程度、临床疗效、疗程和首次疗效进行对比观察。结果:①治疗组与对照组这两组间治疗疼痛改善情况差异有极显著统计学意义(P＜0.01),说明治疗组治疗后疼痛改善情况方面优于对照组。②治疗组与对照组在改善肩部外展、中立位外旋、手颈方面两组间有明显差异(P＜0.05),故治疗组在改善肩部外展、中立位外旋、手颈三方面的功能活动要优于对照组。③疗程经统计学检验(P＜0.01),治疗组与对照组有极显著性差异,说明治疗组疗程明显短于对照组。④首次治疗前后症状总积分经统计学检验(P＜0.01),说明在首次缓解肩周炎疼痛、改善肩周炎患者肩关节功能活动变化程度方面,治疗组明显优于对照组。⑤经统计学检验(P＜0.05),治疗组与对照组在综合疗效上比较有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:两种方法治疗肩周炎都取得良好的临床疗效,都能改善肩周炎患者的疼痛和肩关节功能活动受限的情况,且治疗组治疗肩周炎量化疗效评价研究各项指标优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through treats bursitis in shoulder’s clinical research to the acupuncture sensitivity point coordination shoulder three needles,observes its curative effect.Then treats bursitis in shoulder’s clinical curative effect to the acupuncture sensitivity point coordination shoulder three needles to make the objective appraisal.Methods:Conforms to the selected standard bursitis in shoulder patient 60 to divide into the treatment group and the control group stochastically,treats around to two groups of cases the shoulder joint ache evaluation,the shoulder joint function activity change degree,the clinical curative effect,the treatment course and the curative effect carries on the paired observation for the first time.Results:①The treatment group and the control group these two group of treatment ache improvement situation difference has the extremely remarkable statistics significance (P＜0.01),explained after the treatment group treats,the ache improvement situation aspect surpasses the control group.②Treatment group and control group,in the improvement shoulder abducts,the neutral position outward turning,the hand neck aspect during two groups to have the obvious difference(P＜0.05),therefore the treatment group abducts,the neutral position outward turning in the improvement shoulder,the hand neck three aspect function activities to surpass the control group.③The treatment course after statistics examination(P＜0.01),the treatment group and the control group has the extremely significance difference,the showing treatment group treatment course obvious short in the control group.④Around the treatment the symptom total integral after statistics examination(P＜0.01), showed for the first time alleviates the bursitis in shoulder ache,the improvement bursitis in shoulder patient shoulder joint function activity change degree aspect for the first time,the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously.⑤After statistics examination(P＜0.05),the treatment group and the control group the comparison have the significance difference in the synthesis curative effect,the treatment group surpass the control group.Conclusion:Two methods treat the bursitis in shoulder to obtain the good clinical curative effect,can improve the bursitis in shoulder patient’s ache and the shoulder joint function activity the situation which limits,and the treatment group treats bursitis in shoulder quantification curative effect evaluation study each target to surpass the control group.更多还原
