手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:腰椎间盘突出症是以腰腿痛为主要临床表现的常见疾病。现代医学研究表明:腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛除髓核突出机械性压迫外,神经根及其周围的炎性改变,是引起疼痛的重要原因,西医对本病的保守治疗缺少方法,而本病的绝大多数则可经非手术疗法达到治愈或控制。因此,中医药对本病的治疗就显得格外重要。正是针对这一认识,本文应用斜扳法对60例腰椎间盘突出症的患者进行临床观察,以探讨推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组采用“点腰”、“斜扳”、“盘髋”手法,病例30例;对照组采用一般推拿手法,病例30例,两周为一个疗程。观察这两种治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症患者治愈率及总有效率、症状评分的改善。结果:治疗组:痊愈7例,显效16例,好转5例,无效2例。总有效率为93.33%,对照组:痊愈3例,显效10例,好转5例,无效4例。总有效率为86.67%。结论:推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有一定的临床疗效,总体治疗效果令人满意,这表明,推拿手法可以一定程度上松解突出的椎间盘与神经根的粘连,改变其与受压神经根之间的位置关系,减轻或解除椎间盘对神经根和神经根周围血管丛的压迫,调整神经根管的有效容积,改善局部血液循环,这是手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的重要机理,值得进一步研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: lumbar disc herniation is low back pain as the main clinical manifestations of common diseases.
