国内房地产工程项目索赔方法的研究

【摘要】 针对国内房地产工程项目索赔的现状和存在的问题,阐述了对国内工程项目索赔方法研究具有的重要意义。结合国内具体的工程索赔案例,详细地研究了国内房地产工程项目索赔的方法,包括索赔的分类、索赔的计算方法、索赔的程序、索赔的证据收集、索赔报告的撰写、监理工程师处理索赔的方法与程序等。通过对国内工程项目索赔方法的研究,归纳出了适合国内房地产工程项目索赔的操作流程,便于施工单位进行索赔,也有利于房地产开发单位据此控制开发成本、提高管理水平,有利于国内房地产工程建设项目管理水平快速的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the status and the existing problems of the domestic real estate engineering claims and counter-claims,it elaborates the significance for researching the methods of domestic engineering claims.Combed with the specific cases of domestic engineering claims,a detailed study of those claims has been done,including the classification,the methods of calculation,the procedures, the evidence collection,the report writing,the methods and procedures the supervision engineers dealing with it,and etc.Through the research of claim methods of domestic projects,the proper operation flow of it has been induced, and it is advantageous for the construction to carry on claims.Also,it is make for real estate developing units to control the development costs,and enhance the management level.Moreover it will be in favor of enhancing the management level of the domestic real estate engineering construction project.更多还原
