【摘要】 随着网络技术和信息技术的不断发展,信息对社会发展起到了越来越大的作用。图书馆作为提供信息服务的重要机构,数字资源的建设逐渐成为其重要工作之一。特别是高校图书馆,由于其服务对象为高校的教职员工和在校学生,为了满足教师科研和学生学习的需要,图书馆应更加重视数字资源建设工作,以便为用户提供更好的服务。但是,由于多方面的原因,我国高校图书馆的数字资源建设存在着数据库建设缺乏统一标准、自建数据库少、重复现象严重、数字资源整合检索、数字资源存储等许多问题,因此了解我国高校图书馆数字信息资源建设情况,对合理地建设数字资源,优化数字资源的结构,促进信息资源的共建共享是十分必要的。本论文内容主要分有以下几方面的内容。一、首先分析了数字资源的定义、类型及特点,笔者认为数字资源的特点主要有网络共享性、对设备及其程序的依赖性、动态性、跨时空性、信息结构的复杂性、信息的可检索性、信息的不安全性等。二、综合采用网络调查方法、数据分析法和综合分析法等方法对我国高校图书馆数字资源建设情况进行调查,调查内容涉及引进中外文数据库、自建特色数据库和学科导航库建设三个方面。三、分析我国高校图书馆数字资源建设的特点及存在的主要问题,存在的主要问题有个别高校图书馆引进数据库数量较少,数据库重复建设较为严重,自建数据库少,质量不高,数据库容量较小等。四、针对存在的问题提出了解决对策。笔者认为首先必须明确数字资源建设的规划和原则,应该加强自建数据库的建设和数字资源整合检索建设等。最后,对论文进行了总结,提出可以进行进一步研究的地方。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the constant development of information technology and network technology, information has played an increasingly important role in social development. Library, for which as an information service institution, it becomes one important work of all the works to establish digital resources in it. Especially for university libraries, in order to satisfy the needs of the teachers’ scientific research and the students’ study, they must give more attention on the digital resources establishment. On this base, university libraries can provide a better service to the users. However, due to various reasons, there are many problems in digital resources establishment in our Chinese university libraries. Such as lacking uniform standards in the database, few self-built database, serious repeated database, and other problems in the digital resources retrieval and preservation and so on. So it is essential to acquaint present situation of digital resources so as to build a reasonable number of digital resources, to optimize the structure of digital resources, and to promote information-sharing resources to build.This paper includes the following contents:First, the paper analyzes the definition, types and the characteristics of the digital resources. The author thinks that the main characteristics of the digital resources include network sharing, dependence of device and its procedure, dynamic, cross time and space, complex of the information structure, information retrieval available, information insecurity, and so on.Second, it investigates the construction of digital library resources in China’s colleges and universities using network investigation method, data analysis method and integrated analysis method. The investigation contents involve introduction of Chinese and foreign database, self-construction characteristic database and construction of subject-navigation database.Third, according to the invitation, we can draw a conclusion about the characteristics of the construction of digital library resources in China’s colleges and universities. That is, there are many problems in the digital resources establishment in the university libraries, such as small buying databases, serious duplication database, few self-built databases, and little content of the databases, etc. Fourth, the paper puts forward solutions to the problems. The author thinks that we should first make clear what the plan and principle of the digital resources establishment is, and we should strengthen to establish self-built databases and integrate digital resources, and so on.
