【摘要】 直辖市建立10年以来,重庆的对外贸易迅速发展,在经济增长中发挥着日益重要的作用。但客观地讲,重庆外贸发展中存在许多问题,主要表现在贸易总量偏小、资本技术密集型产品竞争力不强等。本文认为这些问题的解决必须依靠重庆外贸竞争力的提高,因为一国的外贸竞争力是国家国际竞争力的直接体现,是发展对外贸易的基础。一个国家或地区只有具有持久的、较强的外贸竞争力,才能保证对外贸易持续、健康、快速地增长,才能积极发挥“经济增长的发动机”的作用。同理,一个国家内的地区经济竞争力的强弱,也在相当的程度上依赖于该地区的外贸竞争力。因此,提高重庆的外贸竞争力,以合理参与国际分工,充分利用国内外两种资源、两个市场,具有至关重要的意义。在外贸竞争力方面许多学者都做了不少研究,但重庆在这方面的研究极少,且仅为定性分析。因此,对重庆外贸竞争力进行实证研究,以带动重庆经济的快速发展,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。针对目前重庆外贸竞争力研究中存在的理论分析不足,缺乏系统外贸竞争力指标体系的现状,本文的思路是先对重庆外贸竞争力进行理论分析并构建重庆外贸竞争力指标体系,再实证分析重庆外贸竞争力现状及存在的问题,最后就如何提高重庆外贸竞争力提出相应的建议。本文依据国内外学者关于外贸竞争力的理论,运用本文构建的重庆外贸竞争力指标体系,从外贸规模、进度和质量三个方面,针对重庆近10年外贸出口的总量、行业、商品结构诸方面,对重庆外贸竞争力问题进行了系统深入的实证研究。文章分为四个部分,第一部分提出重庆市对外贸易竞争力的现状,通过与东部地区的对比,提出提高外贸竞争力的重要性;第二部分对重庆外贸竞争力进行实证分析,运用重庆外贸竞争力指标体系,层层深入的展示重庆外贸状况,揭示重庆外贸整体竞争力,剖析重庆出口商品竞争力的结构;然后在实证分析基础上找到制约外贸竞争力的原因;最后一部分从五个方面提出提高重庆外贸竞争力的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the municipality established in ten years, foreign trade in Chongqing develops rapidly. This plays more and more important role in economic growth. But objectively speaking, the development of foreign trade in Chongqing has many problems, such as too small trade volume, weak capital and technological intensive products and so on. This article holds that it must rely on increasing the foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing to resolute these problems, because a country’s foreign trade competitive power can express directly this country’s international competitive power, and is the base to the development of foreign trade. Only with the long-lasting, strong foreign trade competitive power, a country or a region can make the foreign trade develop lasting, heath, rapidly, and play the role of the engine of economic growth. Similarly, economic competitive power in the region of the country depends on its foreign trade competitive power.Therefore, it is of vital importance to improve foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing, to make full use of both domestic and foreign resources and markets. There are many researches on foreign trade competitive power, but there is few about that in Chongqing, and some is only qualitative analysis. So, it is the theoretical and practical significance to get empirical studies on foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing, which can make economic develop in Chongqing rapidly.Recently, it is lack of empirical studies and index system on foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing. Firstly, this paper gives theoretical analysis and constructs index system on foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing. Then it gives empirical analysis on the situation and problems. Finally, it gives suggestion to improve foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing.Based on the theory of foreign trade competitive power from domestic and foreign scholars of the theory, this paper constructs index system of trade completive power from foreign trade scale, the progress, and conducts in-depth empirical research on foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing about total export trade, industry, the value of all structures in past 10 years in order to give some suggestion to improve foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing.The article is divided into four sections. In the first part, it expresses the situation of the foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing. In the second part, using the empirical analysis and index system of foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing, it reveals foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing and structure of the the export competitive power in Chongqing; then it analyzes the cause of constraint foreign trade competitive power. In the last part, it gives suggestion to improve foreign trade competitive power in Chongqing from five areas.更多还原
