台湾意识的形成与新型的两岸关系

【摘要】 台湾意识是台湾人民在特定的政治、经济环境下产生的一种特殊的社会意识,有其深刻的历史和现实原因。台湾意识内涵包括热爱祖国、热爱家乡的爱国情感,也包括凄苦辛酸的悲情,还包括当家作主的“出头天”心理。台湾意识的发展对两岸关系走向融合具有促进作用,但是极少数台独分子异化台湾意识中的悲情心理、“出头天”心理,煽动和鼓吹台湾独立,阻碍两岸关系的正常发展,致使台独思想成为影响中国领土统一和中华民族伟大复兴的一个毒瘤。大陆要把统一的基点建立在顺应和争取台湾广大民意的基础上,加大海峡两岸在各方面交往的力度,不断推进社会、政治体制改革,发展经济文化,只有这样才能增强大陆对台湾的吸引力,也才能最终实现祖国统一。台独思想与台湾意识是相互联系又有着本质区别的两个概念,从台湾意识本质涵义上看,我们尊重台湾意识,充分理解台湾人民当家作主的心理,因而贯彻“寄希望于台湾人民”的方针决不改变,但是坚决反对一切形式的台独活动。台湾自古以来就是中国领土一部分,台湾的历史、文化是中国历史、文化的组成部分,台湾意识也具有中国意识的特征,台湾地处中国东南沿海,作为一个紧靠中国大陆的岛屿,2300万台湾同胞的生活与幸福离不开中国大陆,为了台湾同胞的利益,也为了中国国家主权和领土的完整与统一,坚持一个中国的原则决不动摇,争取和平统一的努力决不放弃,同时也不承诺放弃使用武力解决台湾问题。当前两岸关系出现良好的发展势头,政党交往与民间交往不断扩大,经济领域的交往如火如荼,增加了台湾人民对祖国大陆的认识与了解,更有利于扩大两岸发展的共识,但是台独分子仍然不甘心接受和平发展的现状,继续鼓吹和煽动台湾独立,违背民心民意,破坏两岸走向统一。在两岸关系上,中国大陆体现出足够的诚心和耐心,同时也做好一切准备,应对两岸可能出现的问题,台湾问题已经走向国际化,其中美国因素是解决台湾问题的关键,中国在台湾问题上的态度和立场得到国际社会的支持。中国与台湾一衣带水,合则两利,分则两害;维护中国领土完整和国家安全是最高利益;中国会积极应对和妥善处理两岸关系,把两岸人民的幸福和利益作为出发点,中国综合国力的迅速发展与国际地位的不断提高,完全有能力确保国家利益不受侵害。更多还原
