车间工序质量分布式测控系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 产品质量的优劣,是衡量一个国家生产力发展水平以及技术、经济发展水平的重要标志。随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,人们对产品制造质量提出了越来越高的要求。本文基于无锡威孚集团有限公司合作项目“柱塞进回油孔距离测量系统”,重点对其中的在线数据检测与质量控制系统的理论和技术进行了深入的研究。论文主要工作和取得的成果如下:1.在分析威孚公司现有的制造加工信息系统和质量控制需求的基础上,研究了车间层质量测控网络模型,提出了一种能够提高企业质量管理水平、便于企业实施和操作的分布式质量测控系统的体系结构,讨论了SPC网络应用系统的组成和功能。2.研究和开发了集产品质量特征数字化和分析处理于一体的SPC仪单元和数字采集部分等关键技术,由于在线测量的距离长短不一,本文在串口通讯技术和CAN总线技术的基础上,研究了短距离的多串口数据采集及长远距离的基于单片机硬件平台在SPC单元系统中的应用;3.传统的统计质量控制SPC理论中对单工序能力的研究与应用比较成熟,本文将数据采集与过程控制无缝集成于一个系统中,利用常用的SPC分析图进行监测过程生产能力及工序能力的判断;4.多元系统的研究已经进行了比较长的时间,而且也产生了多种方法,如主成分分析、逐步回归、多重回归、附加信息检验、多元过程控制图等等。但是多元质量特性过程能力分析和控制过程的研究的时间还不长,相比较一元过程能力分析过程来说还不系统,还没有形成一个系统的分析和评价方法,本文对多元统计方法T2和主成分分析法进行介绍,并使用多元质量控制与评价体系对某一实际的生产系统进行分析研究,具有一定的指导性作用。5.以大批量生产的油泵油嘴柱塞精密偶件为对象,对上述理论研究结果进行了实际应用与验证。

【Abstract】 The products quality assurance marks the development level of production capability, reflects technology grade and shows the economic growth rate of the nation. With the social development and improvement of science and technology, higher products quality is required more and more. This paper mainly researches the theory and application of online data detection and its quality control system based on the project "Distance Detection System on In-Out Oil-hole of Plunger Piston" cooperated with WuXi WeiFu Group, of which the main tasks and achievement list as below:1. Based on the current manufacture information system and requirement of quality control in WeiFu Group, it researches the network model of detection and control system to design an architecture on the distributed quality measurement and detection system to improve the quality management and easily implement and operation for enterprises.2. Researches and develops the SPC unit and data acquisition technology based on the integration of digitized characteristic and analyzing for products quality. According to the diverse distance online data, this paper researches the data acquisition on multi-serial communication ports for short-distance detection and develops the hardware platform of MCU for long-distance detection based on CAN-Bus.3. As the traditional SPC theory is applied maturely for single process capability, this paper integrates the data acquisition and process control into one system to monitor and determine the process capability via SPC analysis graphics.4. There are already many methods and researches on the multi-variant system such as Principle Element approach, Stepwise Regression, Multiple Regression, Additional Information detection, Multi-variant Process Control Chart, etc., but, it is not long for the researches on multi-variant quality process capability and control process, and it is not systemic compared to the single-variant process capability analyzing without an systemic analyzing and evaluation method. This paper describes the T2 method and Principle Element approach and applies to the real production system.5.As an example, this paper researches the plunger piston of lubricant pump and jet nozzle to apply and verify the theories mentioned above
