救生钟水下绞车牵引及主动放缆系统研究与设计

【摘要】 位于救生钟钟下室的对口绞车是某型综合援潜救生钟的配套设备,其功能是完成救援用钢丝绳的收放,使得救生钟在水下和失事潜艇救生口成功对接,从而完成救援任务。本文以现有的钢丝绳绞车和工程用卷扬机为对象,对目前的钢丝绳运输进行现场勘查,从实际情况出发,仔细分析绞车运行过程中出现的压绳、咬绳、垒绳等现象的原因,及现有排绳系统存在的问题,根据使用要求及总体性能指标,对照水下救生钟收放装置的作业过程,试图通过对绞车卷筒上的钢丝绳释放时加装一套主动牵引机构,使救生钟水下绞车具备主动释放功能,解决钢丝绳牵引及排绳系统存在的问题。为了实现上述目标,本文工作以液压传动技术和救生钟对口绞车为研究对象展开,主要内容如下:1.对绞车在工程机械,采矿设备,建筑机械以及海洋船舶,海洋石油等领域的应用及最新的技术在绞车的速度和恒张力控制上的应用作了概述。对救生钟及其上的对口绞车在实施水下救援任务时的工作原理和工作过程作了介绍。2.针对救生钟对口绞车卷筒在水下释放钢丝绳时,钢丝绳不受外载荷因而无法有序地离开卷筒等实际问题,提出了两种方法来实现救生钟对口绞车对钢丝绳释放时具有主动牵引功能,并在对两种方法作了优缺点比较、适用场合的分析,最后结合对口绞车的实际工况和使用场合,决定使用滚轮传动方法来实现对口绞车主动牵引功能。3.对救生钟对口绞车主动牵引系统的机械,液压系统作了研究与设计,分析和比较了三种排缆技术方案。完成了救生钟对口绞车主动牵引系统各组成机构的主要元件的选型计算和安全校核。4.对实现恒张力控制系统的各种液压系统比较和研究,对其主动牵引系统功能实现原理的介绍,并对该项目的深入和发展进行了展望。本文的创新点如下:1.设计救生钟对口绞车牵引及主动释放系统具有的前置牵引及主动释放功能,确保救生钟对口绞车能够有效地完成水下救援任务。2.对主动牵引系统的功能实现方案及各组成机构进行了选型,设计与计算,使得机构能满足水下工作环境的特殊要求。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic winch in the lower chamber of the underwater rescue bell is the key equipment for rescuing. Its main task is to release or recover the steel rope so as that the bell can match or detach from the wrecked submarine successfully. Based on the investigation into the windlass and steel rope winch on the spot,the reason for the steel rope being in disorder when releasing the rope has been found. Adding a proactive traction system to the matching winch is designed. And its performances are also sufficient to the requirements.On the basis of the existing problem, the paper is extended on proactive traction and steel rope release system ,including its hydraulic drive system. Main contents and technical innovations are as follows:1. Development of hydraulic winch. the application of electrical and hydraulic technology in winch, speed and tension control are described in details.2. The problem of the present match winch used in the underwater rescue bell and the schemes for releasing the steel rope proactively from the drum in two ways are introduced and compared.3. The scheme design and general layout plan of the matching hydraulic winch are presented. Detailed design,analysis and calculation of the hydraulic control are listed. Main parameter calculation,selection of the main components and their safety check are presented in the paper.4. Constant tension control system base on proactive release system is discussed and expected.Main technical innovations are as follows:1. Proactive traction system is used in matching winch of underwater rescue bell. It will solve the problem occurred when the steel rope is released from the drum and be helpful to the successful rescuing.2. Calculation for the main mechanism structure,and their safety are also being checked
