化学与物理联用方法进行污水处理探索

【摘要】 超声协同臭氧技术和螯合树脂在处理污水方面具有很好的发展前景。本工作研究超声协同臭氧技术在酚类污染物、染料类污染物及多组分溶液中的应用,讨论了气速、初始浓度及声强对污染物降解的影响,并研究了对于不同种类的污染物超声/臭氧的协同效应,发现在染料类污染物中,超声/臭氧的协同效应最好。利用苯乙烯和马来酸酐悬浮聚合制成微球,然后氨基硫脲在不同条件下对其进行改性,合成三种不同的树脂,并通过元素分析以及红外光谱对合成的树脂进行了初步表征。研究了这三种树脂对Zn(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)四种金属离子的吸附性能,测定表明在对Ag(Ⅰ)吸附符合G.E.Boyd液膜扩散方程。利用环氧氯丙烷与硫脲反应合成环硫氯丙烷,然后在碱性条件下与氨基硫脲反应,通过控制投料比合成三种不同的树脂PSN1,PSN2,PSN3,并通过元素分析以及红外光谱对合成的树脂进行了初步表征。研究了这三种树脂对Zn(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)四种金属离子的吸附性能,等温吸附测定表明对Ag(Ⅰ)吸附符合Langmuir方程。将对苯二胺与环硫氯丙烷悬浮在水溶液中进行聚合,合成了微球型螯合树脂。通过元素分析、红外光谱及其它化学与物理方法对树脂结构进行了初步表征。研究了微球型螯合树脂对Zn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Ag(I)、Au(Ⅲ)六种金属离子的吸附性能。研究表明:螯合树脂具有较规整的球形,一定的机械强度。树脂对于贵金属离子如Au(Ⅲ)、Ag(I)有较好的吸附性能,测定表明对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附符合Langmuir方程和Lagergren吸附方程。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic/ozone synergetic technique and chelating resins have a promising future in wastewater treatment.In this work US/O3 synergetic technique was studied for treating phenolic pollutants, dyestuff and solutions included several ingredients. Influence of gas flow rate, initial concentration and initial concentration on decomposition was discussed. Synergetic effect of US/O3 synergetic technology for several kinds of pollutants was studied. It is founded that US/O3 synergetic technology for dyestuff has the best effect.Several chelating resins were prepared by the reaction of thiosemicarbazide and cenospheres in different condition, and the cenospheres were prepared by suspension polymerization of styrene and maleic anhydride. The structures of the final products were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. Their adsorption capacities towards Zn(II), Hg(II), Pb(II) and Ag(I) were investigated in detail, the adsorption of chelating resins towards Ag(I) approximately fit the G.E.Boyd equation.Several chelating resins were prepared by the reaction of chloromethylthiirane and thiosemicarbazide in alkaline condition, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. Their adsorption properties towards Zn(II), Hg(II), Pb(II) and Ag(I)were investigated in detail, The adsorption isotherms of chelating resins towards Ag(I) approximately fit the Langmuir equation.Several cenosphere type chelating resins were prepared by suspension copolymerization of p-phenylene diamine and chloromethylthiirane, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. Their adsorption properties towards Ag(I) , Au(III), Zn(II), Cu(II), Hg(II), Pb(II) were investigated in detail. It was found that the chelating resins had high adsorbing capacities and adsorbing selectivety for Ag(I), the adsorption of chelating resins towards Ag(I) approximately fit the Langmuir equation and the Lagergren equation.
