基于积木式结构的路灯控制系统

【摘要】 高压钠灯是利用高压钠蒸气放电,使用时发出金白色光,其辐射光的波长集中在人眼感受较灵敏的范围内,它具有发光效率高、耗电少、寿命长、紫外辐射少,透雾能力强和不诱虫等优点。这些优点使其在照明领域里占有十分重要的位置。广泛应用于道路、高速公路、机场、码头、车站、广场等。随着我国绿色照明和节能工程的实施,对电子设备的THD、EMI和节能要求越来越高,因此开发一种EMI干扰小、效率高、多功能、经久耐用且经济实用的照明控制系统势在必行。本文在分析现有的路灯管理系统的基础上,提出了一种基于积木式结构的路灯控制系统。主要分为中央控制室,主机和分机部分,采用单片机控制,根据编号管理组内每个灯的工作状态,实现远程群控和自动调光控制等功能。将计算机技术应用到高性能电子镇流器设计中去。中央控制室和主机之间通过现有的移动通信网络实现双向通信,主机与分机采用电力线载波方式,实现主机与分机之间的双向通信。主机中,采用集中供电方式,主电源设计了两种方案,一种是基于三相电供电方案,另一种是基于芯片FAN7527B设计一台大功率APFC方式的两相电供电方案。这样一台AC-DC变换器替代了100个电子镇流器的AC-DC变换器,只存在一个工作频率,减少了EMI干扰。同时,由于输送的公用电能是直流600V,因此输送线上无交流压降,输送电压的提高有利于降低输送电流,从而减少线路的欧姆损耗,提高功率因数,实现绿色照明系统。分机中,设计了电子镇流器的逆变部分,本文提出了一种基于芯片KA3525和NCP5181混合驱动模式的开关电源设计方法,通过单片机和KA3525芯片来实现恒功率控制钠灯,并通过PWM方式的变幅调制来消除声共振现象。因此基于积木式路灯控制系统中的节能系统和中央自动化监控系统的启用将为城市的绿色照明建设和管理构筑起一个新的平台。

【Abstract】 The high-pressured sodium lamp uses the high-pressured sodium vapor electric discharge and sends out the golden white light, the wave length of radiated light concentrates in the human eye feeling keen scope, It has some advantage such as the high luminous efficiency, few consumes of electricity, the long life, small ultraviolet radiation, passes fog ability and does not tempt the insect. These merits hold the very important position in the domain of illuminate, so it applies widely in the path, highway, airport, dock, station, square and so on. Along with our country green illumination and energy conservation project implementation, to electronic installation’s THD, EMI and the energy conservation request is getting higher and higher. Therefore to develop one kind of EMI to disturb, the efficiency slightly high, multi-purpose, durable and the economy practical lighting control system is imperative.The existing street light management system is analyzed in this dissertation and a kind of street light control system based on the building block system structure is proposed. Mainly divides into the central control room, the master part and the extension part. Using SCM Control, Management Group based on the serial numbers of each state of the work lights, remote-control and automatic dimming control. Computer technology will be applied to the design of high-performance electronic ballasts to. Between the central control room and the master realizes the two-way communication through the existing mobile communication network. The master and the extension select the power line carrier method, realizes the two’s two-way communication.In master, this dissertation selects the centralism power supply method, the main power source has designed two kind of plans, one kind is based on the three-phase electricity power supply plan, another kind is based on FAN7527B used big power APFC. The way of AC-DC converter to substitute AC-DC converter with 100 electronic ballast in main engine design, only has an operating frequency, reduced EMI. Because transports the public electrical energy is direct-current 600V, therefore transportation on-line non-exchange pressure drop. The transportation voltage enhances is advantageous in reducing the convey electricity, so reduces line’s ohmi, enhances the power factor, realizes the green lighting system.In extension, has designed the electronic ballast contravariant part, this dissertation proposed one kind based on chip KA3525 and the NCP5181 mix actuation pattern switching power supply design method, realize the permanent power control sodium lamp through the MCU and the KA3525 chip. And eliminates the acoustic resonance phenomenon through the PWM way’s amplitude modulation.Therefore systematic and the central automation supervisory system will begin using based on the building block system street light control system’s in energy conservation, it will construct a new platform for the urban green illumination and manages constructs.
