基于VLAN的大型电力监控系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 本文将VLAN技术首次引入大型的智能化电力监控管理系统,结合奥运项目“首都国际机场三号航站楼电力监控管理系统”,以智能建筑配电系统为对象,开展了将VLAN技术和智能化监测控制技术综合应用于大型智能建筑电力监控管理系统的创新性技术开发与研究工作,在VLAN环境下实现智能化电力监控管理系统平台。向管理人员提供一个统一开放的监控管理平台,通过对整个系统的设备进行实时监控,保证中低压配电网络的稳定运行。基于VLAN技术的智能化电力监控管理系统,采用Modbus等现场总线实现供配电系统电力参量的现场采集与通讯;采用PLC及智能仪表为现场监控单元,妥善解决工业现场恶劣环境下的抗干扰性问题;采用主控计算机与前端通讯控制计算机两级管理模式解决系统通讯和管理的可靠性问题;采用VLAN技术解决电力监控管理系统与建筑设备监控管理系统等八个系统共用一个地面运行网和信息共享的问题;采用通信数据分级扫描控制和网卡多通道并发机制通讯两项主要措施提高系统通讯速度和集成性能;解决了基于VLAN的大型智能化电力监控管理系统的技术可行性问题,开发了基于VLAN的智能化电力监控管理系统,最终完成基于VLAN的智能化电力监控管理系统平台在首都国际机场三号航站楼电力监控管理系统中的应用。该系统目前已进入正式运行,取得了良好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 This paper applies VLAN technology into large-scale power supervisory control system. With the Olympic project " Power Supervisory and Control System on the Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal Three (T3) ", target intelligent building power distribution system, innovative technology development and research work of VLAN technology and intelligent supervisory and control technology which will be carried out for large-scale integrated intelligent building power distribution monitoring system, in the VLAN environment monitoring system to achieve intelligent distribution platform. To the management staff to provide a unified and open platform for the monitoring and management, through the entire system of real-time monitoring equipment to ensure that low-voltage distribution network in the stable operation.The intelligent power supervisory control system based on VLAN in this paper has many features, such as using Modbus Fieldbus for the acquisition of distribution system parameters and to communicate with other sites; using PLC and intelligent instruments to resolve the anti-jamming problems in the harsh environment; using front-end computer and center control computer to solve the reliability problems of communications; using VLAN technology to realize the power supervisory control system and the other seven intelligent systems running and sharing information on the one ground operation network;using two major methods, such as scanning with different data classifications and opening multi-channel communication mechanism, to improve the speed of communications and integrated performance of the large-scale intelligent power supervisory control system. Finally, the author achieves the intelligent power supervisory control system platform based on VLAN applied in the T3. The system has entered a formal operation, and made a good effect.
