贫困大学生思想政治教育对策研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国高等教育收费政策的实施和高等教育规模的快速发展,高校中的贫困大学生数量不断增加,贫困大学生问题也逐渐凸显,引起国家高层和社会各界的广泛关注。由于经济困难的原因使贫困大学生比其他大学生面临着更大的心理压力和焦虑,容易产生自卑、逆反、忧郁、自我封闭、过分敏感和依赖等许多方面的消极思想行为和心理。应当承认,贫困大学生的思想教育是高校思想政治教育的难点。尽管多年来,我国教育工作者在此方面进行了多方面的研究和探索,做出了很大的努力,但效果却不尽人意。如何有效地对贫困大学生进行思想政治教育是我们所面临的一项重要的课题。作者运用文献法、调查研究法、理论研究法、实证分析法提出了要在做好贫困大学生经济资助的同时,切实加强贫困大学生的思想政治教育的工作理念,并就加强贫困大学生思想政治教育工作的对策进行了探讨。论文分为三个部分。第一章论述了我国贫困大学生的现状与产生的原因。根据我国高等教育规模的快速发展和我国经济社会的发展情况,对我国高校贫困大学生的规模、比例和受资助教育情况进行了阐述并就其及产生的原因进行了分析。第二章重点分析了贫困大学生的思想行为特征和存在的心理困惑,阐述了加强贫困大学生思想政治教育的必要性。主要结合对贫困大学生的问卷调查和走访结果,从贫困大学生积极和消极思想行为特征、心理特点等方面,对贫困大学生的个性特征进行了全面阐释。同时主要从建设中国特色社会主义、高等教育事业健康发展、和谐校园建设、贫困大学成才成长等几个层面分析了加强贫困大学生思想政治教育的必要性。第三章提出了加强贫困大学生思想政治教育的对策。就高校如何加强贫困大学生思想政治教育,从把握原则、环境建设、机制构建等方面提出了相应的对策。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the implement of the Pay-Policy and the development of higher education at top speed, the number of Impoverished students in colleges and universities is increasing. The growing problems of the impoverished students have been arousing the concern of the government and all works of society. Under economical constrain, impoverished students in colleges and universities have to face bigger pressure. Comparing with other university students, they are more intended to negative feelings, such as anxiety, retro gradation, melancholy, self-seal, excessive sensitivity and over dependence.Acknowledgeable that the ideological education for impoverished university student is a difficulty for the university Ideological and Political education. Although for many year, educators in China have conducted various researches and the exploration in this aspect, and made significant effort, the effect was actually unsatisfactory. We should keep a clear mind that the problem of university Ideological and Political education itself is a noticeable factor which has contributed to the current situation. Its validity waits for further improvement. How to effectively carry on the Ideological and Political education to the impoverished university student is a crucial important topic the universities face.In current stage, the researches on the problems of the impoverished students have laid particular emphasis on the economic and psychological assistance to those students instead of many systematic researches on the ideological and political education. The author lucubrates the problems from different points of view through document research, survey research, analytical demonstration and theory research, advocating that it is quite necessary for the colleges and universities to pay equal attention to the economic and psychological assistance as well as the Ideological and Political education. Firstly, the author investigated the status quo of impoverished college students, referring to the data about the issue, and performing questionnaire survey in the author’s university to figure out the specific situation of these students. The contents of investigation comprised the causes of impoverishment, the totality of them, the status of their study, life and mentality, and the assist they are able to get. Only with a deep understanding of the difficulties these students face, can the author conduct the research with clear objective and provide workable solution. At the same time, because the university-family-impoverished -student-funds system, the premise and the foundation of the ideology political works for the family impoverished student, plays an important role for those students mature, the author also analyze funding system to the university family impoverished student, and proposed "the poverty relief and "initiative to help the less developed or distressed areas to get out of poverty" to further perfect measure which unified. Finally, the author proposed the countermeasure to the ideological and political education of impoverished university student from aspects such as grasping the correct principle, strengthening pertinence, and the establishing the long-term mechanism.
