【摘要】 航道交通通过能力研究是支持港口建设决策和运营管理的重要课题。港口航道交通通过能力的大小直接影响整个港口通过能力的发挥。所以确定航道交通通过能力计算分析方法,对提高航道工程的投资效益,保证码头装卸效率的充分发挥,具有重要意义。但是港口船舶航行作业系统一个随机因素多,动态联系复杂的随机服务系统,导致计算航道交通通过能力存在很大的困难。Y字型航道作为一种基本航道,在许多港口航道和水道中都被采用,研究Y字型航道的通过能力,尤其是交叉口的通过能力,对合理利用Y字型航道,保证船舶安全、效率的通过,具有一定的实际意义。本文在前人研究成果的基础上,对影响航道通过能力的主要因素进行了分析,对Y字型航道船舶交通流概况进行了说明,借鉴公路上环形道路交叉口通过能力的计算方法,引入了交织段通过能力的概念和可接受间隙理论,对航道中的相关概念进行了定义,并把它们应用到航道中,在建立交织段通路能力理论模型的基础上,进而建立了航道交叉口的理论模型,并对模型中可能存在的问题进行了分析。本文的研究成果是在阅读了大量文献的基础上,在利用道路、车辆和航道、船舶存在一定关联的基础上成型的,对于航道通过能力的研究具有一定的科学性和合理性,也具有一定的现实价值,对港口通航管理和海事部门的通航安全管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Research on the channel traffic transit capacity is an.important issue of supporting the decision of port construction and operational management. The port channel traffic transit capacity directly affects the role of the whole port transit capacity. Therefore, to decide the calculation and analyses method of the channel traffic transit capacity is of great significance to increase the investment profit of channel project and ensure the full play of port loading and unloading efficiency. However, the port vessel navigation operating system is a system of many random factors and the random service of dynamic linking complexity, which results in the great difficulties of the channel traffic transit capacity. Y channel is the more common channel, which is used in many ports and waterways. The research on the transit capacity of Y channel, especially the transit capacity of intersection is of practical significance to make reasonable use of Y channel and ensure the ship safety and efficiency.The paper makes analyses of the main factors of affecting channel traffic transit capacity based on lots of literature and reference of the predecessors and explains the vessel traffic flow overview of Y channel by using roads, vehicles, fairways and vessels. The paper also introduces the calculation method of highway ring road intersection transit capacity to introduce the concept of intertwined transit capacity and acceptable gap theory, defines the related concept of channel and applies them into channel on the basis of intertwined transit capacity theory model in order to establish the theory model of channel intertwined. Finally, the paper makes analyses of the possible problems existing in the model.The paper is of certain scientific and reasonable significance as well as practical significance of the research on the channel traffic transit capacity, which also has its referential significance of transit fairway safety management work of the port passing fairway management and marine department.更多还原
