滚柱轴承离合器参数分析及优化

【摘要】 滚柱轴承离合器是一种新型的摩擦式超越离合器,具有承载能力高、楔紧可靠、寿命长等特点,同时兼有离合器和轴承的功能,可以简化传动结构,故它将成为离合器技术发展新的亮点。滚柱轴承离合器在国外已是成熟的产品,其优良的性能已在实验研究及国外应用中得到了证明。目前,国内对滚柱轴承离合器的实际生产尚未开始。研究滚柱轴承离合器,对于实现滚柱轴承离合器的国产化,对提高我国此类零部件的设计和制造水平,缩短与国外先进水平的差距和提高我国机械技术现代化发展水平具有重要的意义。本文首先用ANSYS有限元分析软件中非线性分析功能重点分析了滚子直径及轴夹角对滚子与内外圈滚道的接触应力的影响,并获得了最大接触应力值的变化规律曲线。其次,利用弹性流体动力润滑和流变学理论对滚柱轴承离合器的润滑脂膜厚度进行了分析,给出了滚柱轴承离合器的润滑脂膜厚度的计算公式,建立了最小润滑脂膜厚度的计算程序并且进行了实例计算,分析了相关参数对脂膜厚度的影响,为滚柱轴承离合器的设计,和在制造精度上进行严格控制,提高其疲劳寿命和润滑脂的选用提供了理论依据,具有重要的理论和工程实用价值。最后,详细阐述了运用现代先进技术开发滚柱轴承离合器的设计方法,以额定动负荷和最小油膜厚度为优化目标函数建立了滚柱轴承离合器的优化设计数学模型,并对参数进行了优化。根据优化的结果用Pro/E软件的参数化建模功能对滚柱轴承离合器建立三维模型,进行运动仿真及干涉检查,验证了所优化的参数的合理性。

【Abstract】 Roller bearing clutch is a new kind of frictional overrunning clutch. It has the characteristics of high load bearing capacity, wedged up tightly and reliably, long life and so on; at the same time it has the function of both clutch and bearing. And it can simplify the structure of the transmission, so it will be the new luminescent spot of the clutch technology’s development. Roller bearing clutch has already been the mature product in the foreign country, and its fine performance has been confirmed in the experimental study and overseas application. At present, our country has not start to invest the roller bearing clutch’s actual production. It has the vital significance for realizes the roller bearing clutch manufacture domestically,improves the level of design & manufacture of this kind of parts, reduces the differences to the advances of foreign and raises our country’s development level of modernization of mechanical skill to study the roller bearing clutch.Firstly, this paper selectively analyzed the contact stress of the roller and the track influenced by the diameter of roller and the angle of the roller’s axis and the track’s axis by using the function of non-linear analyze in software ANSYS. And the rule curves about the maximum contact stress are obtained through the method of analyzing the stress value on different model.Secondly, the grease film thickness for the roller bearing clutch is analyzed according to Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication (EHL) and rheological theory. The formula and program for the minimum grease film thickness is given and it is successfully applied to calculate the minimum film thickness in the available product. The factors which influence the film thickness are analyzed. It may provide a basic theory to design the roller bearing clutch, control the manufacturing accuracy and improve the fatigue life and reliability of the roller bearing clutch. It has a significant value for theory and practicality.Finally, mathematic models of optimum design have been established and object functions in optimum process are base on dynamic load rating and the minimum film thickness. And the parameters have been optimized based on the mathematic models. Then the roller bearing clutch’s three-dimensional models have been established based on the parameterization modeling function of Pro/E software, and its movement simulated and the interference inspected, to confirm the parameters which were optimized rationality.
