【摘要】 目的:通过对中药方“强精活力汤”治疗脾肾两虚型弱精子症的临床疗效的研究及对治疗前后精子活动力等指标变化情况进行比较研究,为临床采用中医药治疗男性不育提供一条新的、有效的途径。方法:将60例入选的患者随机分成治疗组30例,采用口服中药方“强精活力汤”治疗,对照组30例,采用口服“五子衍宗丸和四君子丸”治疗,分别治疗3个月,观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善、精子的活力、精液质量其它指标(精液量、PH值、精子密度、活率、正常形态率等)的变化。并对上述结果进行统计学处理。结果:1.治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),在统计学上有非常显著性差异;2.治疗组在提高a级精子活力、a级+h级精子活力、精子活率方面明显优于对照组,二者在统计学上有显著性差异(P＜0.05);3.治疗组治疗后a级精子活力、a级+b级精子活力、精子活率明显优于治疗前,二者在统计学上有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01),治疗后精液量明显优于治疗前,二者在统计学上有显著性差异(P＜0.05),治疗后精子密度与治疗前没有明显差别(P＞0.05),治疗后精子正常形态率、PH与治疗前没有明显差异(P＞0.1);4.治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P＜0.01),治疗组在改善腰膝酸软、性欲减退临床症状方面尤为突出,明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),在改善头晕、耳鸣、早泄临床症状方面优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:中药“强精活力汤”治疗男性不育弱精子症的疗效明显优于中成药“五子衍宗丸和四君子丸”,中药“强精活力汤”是治疗男性不育弱精子症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:With the study on male infertility of asthenospermia with spleen and kidney deficiency type treated by traditional chinese medicine "Qiangjinghuoli decoction" and with the comparison observation on sperm items before and after the treatment,to explore a new therapy of male infertility with traditional chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases patients were selected as the research subjects and were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases were selected as treatment group and treated by traditional chinese medicine "Qiangjinghuoli decoction" for three months;30 cases were selected as control group and treated by Chinese traditional patent drugs"Wuziyangzong pill and Sijunzi pill"for three months.The improvements of clinical symptoms,sperm motility,and othe sperm items (sperm amount,PH,sperm density,sperm survival rate,sperm normal modality rate etc) were observed and the results were disposed with statistics.Results:1.It showed significant differences on effect between the treatment group and control group(P＜0.01);2.The improvements of a level sperm motility and a plus b levels sperm motility and sperm survival rate of the treatment group were better than control group(P＜0.05);3.After the treatment,a level sperm motility and a plus b levels sperm motility and sperm survival rate of the treatment group were better than before the treatment(P＜0.01)and the sperm amount of the treatment group were better than before the treatment(P＜0.05),after the treatment,however there were no significant differences in the sperm density(P＞0.05)and in the sperm normal modality rate and PH(P＞0.1);4.After the treatment,the marks of clinical symptoms of treatment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.01),the improvement of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was much better than control group,especially in the waist soreness,hyposexuality(P＜0.01),and was better than control group in the swirling and tinnitus and prospermia(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The curative effects of"Qiangjinghuoli decoction"were better than"Wuziyangzong pill and Sijunzi pill"on treating male infertility of asthenospermia."Qiangjinghuoli decoction" was a effective traditional Chinese medicine to treat male infertility with asthenospermia.更多还原
