智能巡检管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着便携式设备和自动识别技术的迅猛发展,集便携式数据采集、通信和信息管理功能于一体的应用系统在实际中得到了广泛应用,智能巡检管理系统就是一个典型案例。它是一套基于自动识别技术的信息管理系统,采用无线通信方式,对远程数据进行采集,利用数据库与网络等技术对采集的信息进行处理,实现巡检工作的科学化、规范化和自动化管理。本文的研究目的是设计一个基于当前先进的射频识别技术(RFID)的针对物业小区、校园、工厂、仓库等一定区域的安全目标管理和监控的通用巡检管理系统。首先,在研究分析智能巡检系统发展趋势、相关技术,以及RFID工作原理的基础上,提出了一种基于RFID的智能巡检管理系统的总体结构,并分别从巡检流程、数据采集硬件、数据管理软件功能模块、系统数据库等几方面进行详细阐述。其次,基于上述结构具体完成了两个子系统的设计,即数据通信子系统和数据管理子系统。在数据通信子系统中,基于BP-2002H感应式汉字型智能巡检器,应用面向对象技术设计通信接口,封装巡检器和后台管理软件之间的各种通信功能,方便、高效地实现巡检器数据的自动上传和下载。在数据管理子系统中,着重描述了巡检计划管理模块,在深入剖析巡检排班规则组成要素的基础上,阐述了巡检计划自动生成的实现原理。此外,在数据管理部分还结合可视化技术实现巡检数据的查询统计和综合评测。最后,基于C++Builder 6.0和SQL Server数据库对上述系统进行了实现。初步测试验证了文中设计方案的正确性。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of portable devices and automatic identification technology, the application system combined with portable data acquisition communication and information management has been widely used in practice. Intelligent patrol management system based on automatic identification technology is a typical case. The system adopts wireless communications method to collect and process remote data, so it finally implements scientific, normal and automatic management. The research purpose of this paper is to design a general patrol management system based on the advanced radio frequency identification (RFID). And it aims at community property, campus, factory, warehouse and so on.Firstly, on the basis of studying and analyzing development trend, relative technique and principle, the paper proposes a RFID-based intelligent patrol management system’s overall structure and furthers details from the patrol process, data acquisition hardware, data management software modules and database.Secondly, data communications subsystem and data management subsystems based on the above structure are accomplished. In the data communications subsystem, BP-2002H-based induction Chinese intelligent patroller employs object-oriented technology to design the communications interfaces. Furthermore, the system implements automatic upload and download conveniently and efficiently by packaging a great variety of communications functions between patroller and different management software. In the data management subsystem, the paper mainly describes the patrol plan management module. And on the basis of deeply analyzing patrol scheduling rules, the paper also states the implementation principle of automatically generating patrol plan. In addition, the paper achieves data query, statistic and comprehensive evaluation by visual technique in database management part. Finally, the paper implements the above system via C++ Builder 6.0 and SQL Server. And the correctness of method proposed in this paper is also tested preliminarily.
