气动板形仪动态标定及板形控制性能研究

【摘要】 铝箔冷轧带材越来越广泛的应用于工业生产各领域,对带材的板形质量要求越来越高,因此需要通过各种控制手段提高板形质量。而板形检测是实现板形控制的重要环节,尤其是在板形的自动控制过程中,板形检测装置能否为控制系统迅速、准确地提供在线板形信息,直接影响着轧制产品的质量。在铝箔带材轧制过程中,由于板形检测和控制技术不完善,致使板形质量成为铝箔加工过程中的关键技术难题。因此超薄板和箔材的板形检测与控制技术就成为精密带材轧制成套设备的核心关键技术。本课题以我校自行研制的气动板形仪为基础,设计了一套动态标定实验台,根据光纤传感器定位原理,通过大量实验研究了板形检测辊在旋转过程中的压差变化曲线,得出其周期性出现的规律,分别采用最小二乘多项式拟合法和平均值法两种方法消除了气动板形检测辊存在的系统圆周误差。在消除系统圆周误差的基础上,利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW开发了配套的板形测试实验软件,通过实验对检测辊进行了动态标定,得出了每个检测辊的压差—负载曲线,为板形的在线检测与控制打下了基础。以我校现有的300四辊可逆轧机为实验装置,将此板形测试系统应用于实际的轧制实验,通过基于欧式距离的板形模糊识别方法对板形检测数据进行模式识别,利用虚拟仪器DataSocket技术将板形模式识别结果传输到四辊可逆轧机的板厚控制系统中,实现了板形板厚的综合控制。

【Abstract】 Aluminum foil is widely used in various industrial production. It is necessary to improve the quality of flatness by using more control methods to meet the demand of high quality flatness. Shape examination is the most important thing in the flatness control particularly in the automatic flatness control. Whether the detection devices supply the online flatness information immediately and accurately for the control system directly influence the quality of the product. Flatness quality will become the key technical problem in the aluminum foil rolling process because the flatness measurement and control technology is imperfect. Therefore, the flatness measurement and control technology of thin plate and foil has become the key technology in the sophisticated rolling set of equipment.In this paper, the dynamic calibration bench has been designed in the base of the pneumatic strip shape measuring roll in our school. It analyzed the pressure change curves of the rotating rollers through a large number of experiments according to the method of the optical fiber sensor phase localization and obtained the periodicity rule of the curves along the circumference. It used the least-square principle and average method to eliminate the circumferential error of the pneumatic strip shape measuring roll. Further more, the corresponding experiment software has been developed by the virtual instrument software LabVIEW. It has obtained each measuring roller’s pressure-load curve through the dynamic calibration and built the foundation for the flatness online measurement and control.Applying the pneumatic strip shape measuring roll in the 300 four-rollers reverse rolling mill,the result of the flatness recognition pattern which was recognized by the method of the fuzzy recognition pattern will be transferred to the gauge control system by using the DataSocket technology of virtual Instrument. Furthermore, it accomplished the AGC-AFC system.
