大斜度井堵水油藏工程决策技术研究

【摘要】 油井出水是水驱油藏开发中不可避免的现象,严重影响油田的正常开发。我国南海西部油田大斜度井所占比例大,在开发过程中由于储层非均质性及开发方案、开采措施不当等原因,造成水推进不均匀,各油田均暴露出油井含水上升速度快、产量递减速度快、多层合采不稳定,出水严重等特点。大斜度井堵水是海上油田大斜度井“稳油控水”的有效手段,而大斜度井堵水油藏工程决策技术是大斜度井堵水的关键技术。针对目前现场所采用的油井堵水决策技术存在理论薄弱、方法单一等各种问题,本文以南海西部涠洲114、涠洲121/121N、文昌131以及文昌132等油田为研究对象,开发出了一套大斜度井堵水的油藏工程决策技术。该技术综合考虑实际地质和开发等影响因素,利用概念模型对不同油藏类型下油井的出水规律进行了模拟。在油井出水分类的基础上,研究多种堵水方式的适应性,利用油藏地质、工艺条件和出水规律进行堵水方式优选,利用解析法、数值模拟法建立了油井堵水效果预测模型,并建立堵水效果评价指标体系和相应的评价方法。在此基础上编制了大斜度井堵水决策软件,并在涠洲114油田进行了现场应用。结果表明,本研究模拟并总结的大斜度井出水机理具有很强的实用性,建立的堵水效果预测与评价体系克服了其他预测与评价方法粗略性,满足了相应的精度和速度要求,研发的堵水决策一体化技术能够满足现场应用需要,具有非常好的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Water production in oil wells was the inevitable phenomenon in water flooding reservoirs, which effected substantially the regular development. Highly deviated wells took great proportion in the west of North Sea. The problems of reservoir heterogeneity and development schemes and improper measures caused the non-uniform water advancement, rapid rate of water-cut increase and rapid rate of production decline in oil wells, unstable commingling production and substantial water production. Highly deviated well water plugging was the effective technology of“stabilizing oil production and controlling water-cut”in the offshore oilfields and reservoir engineering decision-making technology was the key technology of highly deviated well water plugging. Aimed at the problems of the weak theory and simple method in present water plugging decision-making technology, a set of reservoir engineering decision-making technology of highly deviated well water plugging was developed with the research objects of west of North Sea Weizhou114、Weizhou121/121N、Wenchang131 and Wenchang132. Taken the consideration of geological and development effect, water production rules of different types reservoir oil wells were simulated in concept model. On the basis of the classification of water production in oil wells, the adaptability of various water plugging methods was studied. The optimization of water plugging methods was carried out with the aid of reservoir geology, technological conditions and water production rules. Performance prediction model of water plugging in oil wells was established using analytical method and numerical simulation and evaluation indexed of water plugging and corresponding evaluation method were also established. Decision-making software of highly deviated well water plugging was developed and applied in those fields. It was indicated that the study result of water production mechanism in highly deviated wells had strong practicality. The performance prediction and evaluation system of water plugging overcome the roughness of other methods and satisfied corresponding demand of accuracy and velocity. Decision-making integrated technology of water plugging could meet the need of field application and had good prospect of application.
