商13-45断块区低渗透油藏整体评价及开发技术对策研究

Research of Comprehensive Evaluation and Technical Development Strategies for Low-permeability Reservoirs in Shang 13-45 Block

【摘要】 针对商13-45断块区沙二下亚段储层大段合注合采造成水淹程度不均和平面注采不完善、储量动用状况变差的问题,结合钻井、油水井动态等资料,通过沉积微相、剩余油和油藏数值模拟分析,对工区进行了整体评价及开发技术对策研究。认为研究层位具有两个三角洲相与湖泊相互为消长的三角洲发育旋回,储层可划分为河口砂坝砂和远砂坝砂两种类型,属中-低孔、低渗储层。其层间渗透率差异不大,但层内非均质严重,层内矛盾突出。按含油面积、储量、砂体分布形态等参数对研究区39个含油小层进行了分类评价,将其划分为主力层和非主力层。采用油藏数值模拟和动态分析相结合的方法,开展剩余油分布规律研究,得出研究区剩余地质储量615.9×104t,计算出最终采收率目标值为30.9%。在此基础上,应用地质储层分类和储量动用分类法,进行小层潜力分析,将研究层位的39个小层分为三类。提出研究区开发经济政策界限为:当油价取$35美元/桶时,新井经济极限初产为3.2t/d;老井经济极限日产油量0.5t,经济极限含水96%;老井压裂的经济极限日增油量为1.5t、累增油量为340t;补孔的经济极限日增油量为0.5t、累增油量为210t。最后根据开发经济政策界限,对研究区进行开发调整,调整原则以经济效益为中心,充分利用老井分断块层系完善注采井网,其中主力断块为商13-45、商13-19块,将剩余油富集区细分为1-3砂组、4砂组两套,井网部署结合断块特征、储层的发育及剩余地质储量,增加注采井点,保证单井有效厚度在10m以上、控制储量10×104t以上,井距控制在250m左右。

【Abstract】 With the research of sediment microfacies, remaining oil distribution and three-dimensional geological modeling, the comprehensive evaluation and technical development strategies for low-permeability reservoirs in the lower member of Es2 of Shang 13-45 Block were studied. It was considered that here were two sedimentary cycles and the intrafomational heterogeneity was intensity. Based on the oiliness area, reserves and conformation of sand body, 39 sublayers were patitioned essential layers and non-essential layers. Then, using the black oil model of VIP petroleum reservoir simulation software from LandMark Company, the 3D geological model of three sands were built, and distribution law of remaining oil was studied. The consummation degree of injection-production system controlled the distribution of reamining oil, and the sediment microfacies with heterogeneity were the main factors of it. From the result of reservoir numerical simulation, the remaining geologic reserves was 615.9×104t. Thus, the 39 sublayers were patitioned three species, and the final recovery ratio was 30.9%. Finally, the technical and economic limits of exploitation was brought out. When the oil price was$35 pre barrel, the limit original production of fresh wells was 3.2t/d, the limit production of old wells was 0.5t/d, the limit economy water cut was 96%, the limit economy adding oil per day of fracture in old wells was 1.5t with 340t of accumulation, and the limit economy adding oil per day of perforation was 1.5t with 210t of accumulation. Based on it, the emploitation adjustment project was given. The Shang13-14 and Shang13-19 Blocks were essential goal. The enrichment section of remaining oil of them was separated into 1-3th sands and 4th sands. The available thickness of single well was more than 10m, controlled reserves was more than 10×104t, and the distance of wells was more than 250m.
