基于产品族的液压支架变异设计关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文对产品族、模块化技术、事物特性表技术和产品变异设计的理论和方法进行了系统深入的研究,在此基础上针对液压支架产品的具体特点研发了基于产品族的液压支架参数化变异设计系统。该系统可以充分利用企业已有产品设计资源快速变异设计出满足客户需求的液压支架产品,缩短了液压支架的设计周期,提高了企业的市场竞争能力。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.通过对液压支架生产企业设计现状的调研和分析,提出了液压支架参数化变异设计系统的功能模型和体系结构,确定了系统的开发工具和支撑环境,包括技术层、系统功能层和数据层。2.本文在产品族模型中融入模块化设计的思想,提出了适合于液压支架产品的模块划分原则,并对液压支架产品族进行了划分,给出了产品族下产品系列的特征,建立了液压支架的功能模型与机械结构的映射关系。3.介绍了液压支架及其零部件事物特性表的参数选择和建立步骤,研究了利用事物特性表技术实现液压支架零部件的变异设计和产品配置的关键技术和方法,基于粗糙集理论分析了液压支架产品的关键配置参数。4.在Pro/ENGINEER二次开发和产品自动装配的技术基础上,研究了液压支架产品自动装配的方法和相关函数,并定义了液压支架中的“销钉”约束函数,实现了产品的自动装配。5.基于SQL Server数据库管理系统和Visual C++ 6.0开发平台,利用Pro/TOOLKIT对三维软件Pro/ENGINEER进行二次开发,开发了基于产品族的液压支架参数化变异设计系统,实现了液压支架产品的变异设计、属性管理和产品配置等功能。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, product family, modular technology, tabular layouts of article characteristics (SML) technology, methods and key technologies of product variant design are studied systematically; the parametric variant design system for hydraulic support based on product family is designed and developed according to characteristic of hydraulic support. The system can make out hydraulic support products that satisfy customers quickly by making full use of present enterprises resource, while it can shorten the design period of hydraulic support and enhances enterprise’s market competition ability. The main research contents are as follows:1. The parametric variant design system’s function model and systematic structure are put forward by investigation and analysis on present situation of hydraulic support product design in enterprises, and it’s development tools and supporting environment are established, including technique, function and data layer.2. The modular design is introduced to product family model. Then module dividing principle of hydraulic support is proposed and its division is given. After characteristics of product series in product family are provided, the mapping relationship between function model and mechanical structure of hydraulic support is built.3. The key technologies and methods of hydraulic support parts variant design and product configuration using SML are introduced after parameters selection and construction steps of SML are introduced. Then key configuration parameters of hydraulic support are analysed based on rough set theory.4. The ways of automatic assembly for hydraulic support and correlation functions are studied based on technical basis of second development of Pro/ENGINEER and automatic assembly. More over, the constraint function like“pin”in hydraulic support is defined and product automatic assembly is realized.5. The hydraulic support parametric variant paramatic design system is developed by second development of Pro/ENGINEER by using of Pro/TOOLKIT based on SQL Server database system and software platform as Visual C++ 6.0, which realizes some functions, such as variant design, attribute management and product configuration of hydraulic support.
