基于RFID的现代邮政物流仓储管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 现代物流管理的核心是物流信息管理,物流管理信息系统能够帮助现代邮政物流企业提高自动化水平,方便实用的射频识别(RFID)技术使企业与客户的信息沟通交流更加便利,并能有效跟踪和管理物流渠道中的货物。现代邮政物流企业要建设采用RFID技术的物流管理信息系统来取代原有系统,就必须先进行业务流程再造,从而能够在根本上提高企业的竞争力。从这个思路出发,本文对RFID技术、业务流程再造和物流管理信息系统有机结合进行了大胆的探讨与实践。本文以现代邮政物流和RFID技术理论为基础,并结合邮政物流的现状,做了以下几方面的研究工作:首先,运用优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析方法,提出现代邮政物流发展必须要提高信息化水平;然后,根据RFID技术和现代邮政物流业务的特点,较为科学地确定了RFID技术在现代邮政物流仓储、人员和车辆调度管理中的应用方案;再次,依据业务流程再造的基本理论,综合分析以上三个应用方案,选择采用RFID技术的现代邮政物流企业的仓储管理部分作为业务流程再造的对象;最后,针对仓储作业管理现状,合理使用流程再造方法对关键环节进行了业务流程的分析和再造,并以此为基础,结合物流管理信息系统理论,设计开发了一套基于RFID技术、能够适应我国现代邮政物流业务更好发展的仓储管理信息系统。

【Abstract】 The management of logistics information is the core of the modern logistics man-agement. Logistics management information systems (LMIS) can help the China PostModern Logistics (CNPML) enterprises enhance its automatization. The convenientand applied radio frequency identification (RFID) technology makes the informationcommunication between enterprises and their customers more convenient. And RFIDtechnology can track and manage goods which is circulated in logistics parts availably.The CNPML enterprises adopt the RFID technology to construct LMIS to replace theold systems must carry out business process re-engineering (BPR) primarily, so it canimprove the enterprises’competition thoroughly. Starting from this idea, this paperwill carry out a deep exploration and practice boldly to combined RFID technology,BPR and LMIS organically.This paper is based on the theories of the CNPML and RFID technology, becauseof the status quo of the CNPML enterprises, working in the following areas: firstly,using the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis to put forward thatfirstly we must improve our informationization; then, according to the characteristicsof RFID technology and the CNPML business, we rationally confirm the applicationprogram of RFID technology in warehouse, personnel, vehicle scheduling managementin the CNPML enterprises; again, basing on the essential theories of BPR, througha comprehensive analysis of these three options, we choose the warehouse manage-ment which using RFID technology as the object of BPR; finally, aimed at the statusquo of warehouse management, we rationally use the methods of BPR to analyze andre-engineer the key process, and combined with the theories of LMIS, we design anddevelop warehouse management information system which was based on RFID tech-nology and suitable to the CNPML to develop their modern logistics operation better.
