继电保护教学培训辅助软件系统的开发与设计

【摘要】 在电气工程的诸项技术中,继电保护占据着十分重要的位置。其任务是在电力系统任一点发生故障时,快速、准确地将故障元件隔离,确保电气设备和电力系统安全、可靠、稳定、经济的运行,最大限度地减少故障的危害和损失。掌握继电保护的原理和技术,是对各级各类电气工程技术人员的基本要求。继电保护是一门理论性和技术性都很强的学科,内容涉及面广、知识点多、综合性强。传统的教学、培训模式形象性差,对一些复杂的原理和过程难以充分表述,为弥补现有培训手段的不足,使学习者能通过多媒体丰富的表现手法,准确、形象地学习继电保护的专业技术知识,掌握运行维护的基本技能,本文以Authorware为平台,结合了FLASH、Visual C++、MATLAB等开发工具,完成了继电保护教学培训辅助软件系统的设计与制作工作。该系统将计算机多媒体技术与继电保护培训课程有机结合,利用以Authorware为平台的系统实现了章节翻页与滚动树型目录相结合的方式,方便学习者的使用。同时在系统中添加了大量以FLASH或Authorware制作的动画,结合声音、图像、视频、文本等形式,使学习者置身于一种轻松、有趣、仿真的环境中,就像看电影、看电视一样学习继电保护知识,寓教于乐、寓学于乐。为了让学习者深入理解继电保护装置的动作过程,系统中还集合了用Visual C++开发的保护动作演示模块。用ATP仿真电力系统故障后,把得到的故障数据读入本模块,把保护装置对数据的逐步处理过程真实再现于用户面前。该模块共模拟了电流保护、距离保护和纵联保护这三种不同原理的继电保护装置的数据处理过程,让学习者形象地观察到电力系统从正常到发生故障的过程中,电气量的变化情况以及继电保护装置中每一部分处理和动作的过程。为了让学习者掌握种类繁多的微机保护算法,开发了基于MATLAB图形用户界面的微机保护算法演示程序,这个程序里演示了多种常用继电保护算法的具体处理过程及其各自特点,供用户学习比较,更好地掌握继电保护知识。整个软件系统以光盘形式发布,并已经由中国电力出版社出版发行,据不完全统计,已有30多所院校采用该系统作为辅助教学软件,并取得了广大师生的一致好评。

【Abstract】 Protective relaying is of great significance among all the electric engineering technologies. No matter when and where a fault occurs in a power system, protective relaying will speedily and accurately clear the circuit to make sure that other electric devices and the whole power system operate in a safe, reliable, stable and economical way and to minimize the harm and lost caused by the fault. Grasping the principles and skills of protective relaying is a basic requirement for all professional technicians of electric engineering.Protective relaying is a discipline with highly requisition of theory and technology. It involves extensive contents and knowledge objections. Because of its comprehensive characteristic, traditional teaching and training mode is lack of vividness, which cannot fully express the sophisticated principles and processing progress. In order to make up for the shortage of traditional training method and let learners grasp the basic and professional skills of protective relaying, this paper developed and designed a protective relaying training and analyzing system, using the programming language of Authorware, Flash, Visual C++ and MATLAB.The system lively combines multimedia technology with protective relaying training course. The Authorware based system is navigated by section page turning and scroll bar tree view for the sake of convenient handling. Besides, a great many animation produced by flash or Authorware is integrated into the system, as well as sound, image, video and text. Learners can study in an easy and funny way as if they were watching TV or a movie show. Teaching and learning is just like entertainment in this way.The system also integrated a protective action demo module programmed by Visual C++ to illustrate the processing progress. After emulating power system faults with ATP, the fault data was read into the module and then learners can see how the data was processed step by step. The module can demonstrate protection based on three kinds of principles: overcurrent protection, distance protection and pilot protection. In this module, learners can see the change of electric characteristics when a fault occurs. The data processing within each part of protective device can also be observed.To make learners grasp a variety of protective algorithm, this paper also described a computer protection algorithm demo software, which can show detailed disposal of different algorithm.The whole system has been published by China Electric Power Press in the form of compact disk. According to incomplete statistics, more than 30 schools have use this system as their instruction assisted software, and it has received a good reputation from its users.
