热轧Q235B与Q345B带钢边部缺陷研究

【摘要】 热轧板主要用于船舰、桥梁、锅炉、容器、石油化工、工程机械及国防建设等方面,在国民经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位。普通碳素结构钢板属于大批量生产的钢板,其品种规格较多,广泛用于建筑、桥梁、铁道、车辆、船舶、化工设备等,是价格低廉、用途广泛的工业钢种。折叠沟痕、切边纵裂、普通边部纵裂、角部裂纹、裂边、边部侧面纵裂、橘皮缺陷等是热轧板生产的几种常见边部缺陷,大多数用户在使用过程中会对热轧板进行切边处理,消除边部缺陷的不良影响。但有一部分用户因为现场使用要求,不能对热轧板进行切边,这些缺陷就会严重影响其使用性能。进行热轧板边部常见缺陷的形成规律研究,采取相应措施减少边部缺陷废品率,对指导热轧板生产,提高产品质量及成材率具有重要意义。在上述七种缺陷中,关于折叠沟痕、切边纵裂、普通边部纵裂、角部裂纹的研究已有很多,其各自的产生机理也得到了较为详细的揭示,而关于裂边、边部侧面纵裂、橘皮缺陷的研究则相对比较少,研究裂边、边部侧面纵裂、橘皮缺陷的产生原因,揭示其产生机理,对于全面了解热轧板生产状况,提高热轧板生产质量具有重要的作用。本文结合莱芜钢铁集团有限公司板带厂的生产实际,采用宏观检测、电子探针分析、光学显微镜组织分析等试验手段,对部分出现裂边、边部侧面纵裂、橘皮缺陷的Q235B、Q345B热轧带钢进行了缺陷成因分析,同时,通过对比得出了三类缺陷的形成规律。分析结果反馈于生产,得到了较为满意的结果。

【Abstract】 The hot rolled plate, which plays an important role not only in the development of national economy, but also in promoting the development of the national economy, is mainly used in ships, bridges, boilers, containers and also many other aspects just like petrochemical technology, engineering machinery and construction of national defense.Carbon structureal steel, which is applicable to a great variety of construction、bridge, railway, vehicle, vessel and chemical engineering, is produced in large numbers. It has various species and specifications and is a versatile and economical material.Folded groove mark,trimming vertical crack, ordinary vertical crack,cornor crack, edge crack, vertical crack in the side, range peel are seven of the common edge defects during the manufacture of hot rolled plate. Most customers may use edge cutting to make good of the edge defects during use, but as a result of the demand of fieldwork, some users can not cut the edges, and then these defects will seriously affect the usability. Researching the discipline of the formation of the common defects of rolled plate, taking corresponding measures to solve these problems, has an important significance not only to directing manufacture of hot rolled plate, but also to improving the quality and success rate of products.In the seven defects above, studies on folded groove mark, trimming vertical crack, ordinary vertical crack, cornor crack are so much that the forming mechanism of them are revealed comprehensively, however, studies on the latter three defects are comparatively rare, therefore, it is necessary for us to study the forming mechanism of the three defects, which will be helpful to full understanding the production situation and improving the quality of the product.Connecting with the production practice of Laiwu Steel Group, hot rolled plates with the defects of edge crack、vertical crack in the side, range peel, just like Q235B, Q345B, were analyzed by means of macro inspection, optical microscope and electron probe micro-analyser (EPMA), and the formation mechanism of the three defects were obtained through opposite experiment,which have been successfully applied to practical manufacture.
