橡胶沥青透水应力吸收层混合料的研究及应用

【摘要】 加铺沥青大碎石过渡层来控制半刚性基层沥青路面的反射裂缝,已有深入系统的研究,而橡胶沥青大碎石的热稳定性、抗水剥离的能力、路用性能研究很少,特别是橡胶沥青储存期间性能的变化国内外尚无研究。本课题通过选择不同搅拌温度和时间,不同搅拌速率和时间、不同橡胶粉目数和掺量、不同储存时间测试橡胶沥青的软化点、针入度与延度,得出橡胶沥青的搅拌温度、搅拌时间、搅拌速率等生产工艺参数及橡胶沥青储存期间性能的变化,提出了橡胶沥青的限制储存时间。特别是橡胶沥青储存期间性能变化的研究,填补了国内外对橡胶沥青储存问题研究的空白。通过沥青与集料粘附性、小梁弯曲蠕变试验,得出橡胶沥青的粘附性和低温性能,证明了橡胶粉对沥青的粘附性和低温性能有很大改善。本课题研究了橡胶沥青大碎石的路用性能,在国内外首次将橡胶沥青应用于大碎石,并首次研究了路用性能。通过车辙、低温劈裂、浸水马歇尔、小梁疲劳、动态模量试验,测试了橡胶沥青大碎石的高温、低温、水稳定性、疲劳、力学性能。试验结果证明,橡胶沥青大碎石的高温、低温、疲劳性能有明显改善,水稳定性能够符合规范要求,且有改善。在试验路的铺筑过程中,通过橡胶沥青的生产,大碎石的拌合及试验路的铺筑,得出橡胶沥青需要现场生产,及大碎石的拌合温度和时间。提出了橡胶沥青现场生产采用现场可移动式生产设备的建议。橡胶沥青大碎石可以提高混合料的高温、低温和疲劳性能,有利于提高路面的使用寿命,同时可以消耗大量的橡胶粉,橡胶沥青大碎石的使用,即可以解决社会环保问题,又可以提高路面的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 In Paving asphalt large stone mixture transition layer control semi-rigid pavement’s reflection crack have deepened systematic research already, but rubber asphalt large stone mixture’s high-temperature stability, resistance to water, pavement performance are studied not so much, especially rubber asphalt’s change of performance during the storage has not studied yet both at home and abroad.This subject, through choosing stiring temperature and time differently, stiring speed and time differently, different rubber mesh and content differently, storing time differently test softening point, penetration and ductility of rubber asphalt with, obtain production technology parameters such as the stiring temperature of the rubbery bitumen, stiring time, stiring the speed,etc. and change of performance during the storage of rubber asphalt, store time after putting forward the restriction of the rubber asphalt. Especially the rubber asphalt research of the change of performance during the storage, has filled in the blank both at home and abroad.Through the adhesiveness between asphalt and aggregate and bending beam creep test, obtain rubber asphalt adhesiveness and low-temperature performance, have proved rubber asphalt adhesiveness and low-temperature performance are improved greatly.This subject studied rubber asphalt large stone mixture pavement performance, apply rubber asphalt to large stone mixture for the first time at home, and has studied its pavement performance performance for the first time. Through rut test, splitting test at low temperature, soaked with water Marshall, beam tired, dynamic modulus test, have tested high temperature, low temperature, water stability, tired, mechanics performance of the rubber asphalt large stone mixture. The test result proves, the high temperature, low temperature, tired performance of the rubber asphalt large stone mixture are obviously improved, water stability can accord with the requirement of standardizing, and improve.In the course of paving the test road, through the production of the rubber asphalt, rubber asphalt large stone mixture and paving the test road, obtain rubber asphalt needs on-the-spot production, mixing shutting temperature and time of large stone mixture. Produce and adopt the portable suggestion for producing apparatus of scene live after putting forward the rubber asphalt.The rubber asphalt large stone mixture can improve the high temperature, low temperature, tired performance, help to improve the service life on road surface, can consume a large amount of rubbery powder at the same time, the use of the rubbery asphalt large stone mixture, can solve the social issue on environmental protection, can improve the service life on road surface.
