刀具刃口钝化及刀具管理集成信息系统研究

【摘要】 刀具在切削加工过程中占用重要地位,刀具性能的改善与提高对于切削加工具有重要意义。刀具刃口钝化技术在目前尚未引起人们足够的重视。相较于刀具材料、刀具结构、刀具涂层等技术的发展,刀具刃口钝化技术相对滞后。通过对刀具刃口进行合理的钝化处理,可以明显提高刀具寿命及切削性能,提高切削系统的稳定性。本文对刀具刃口钝化技术进行了综合研究,主要研究内容包括:针对目前刀具刃口钝化名称及内涵的庞杂,对刀具刃口钝化技术的内涵进行界定,提出了刀具刃口钝化的狭义范畴和广义范畴;分析了刀具刃口钝化对于切削加工的影响,包括对切削力的影响,对切削温度的影响,对切削系统稳定性的影响等;通过单因素对比试验,分析了刀具刃口钝化对于切削力与表面粗糙度的影响;刀具刃口钝化尺寸计算公式推导,提出了钝化尺寸的计算公式,该公式可以用于进行钝化参数的计算,以做钝化参数选择的参考依据;刀具刃口钝化参数的选择,总结了钝化参数的选择原则,以及一些常用的钝化参数;刀具刃口钝化的工艺方法和设备研究,对钝化设备的设计进行了研究,包括刀片的刃口钝化设备及整体立铣刀的钝化设备设计;开发了刀具刃口钝化查询系统,该系统是本课题所开发的刀具管理集成信息系统的子模块。针对具体企业需求,对刀具管理集成信息系统进行研究。本文详细论述了刀具管理系统的内涵,分别讨论了刀具管理系统与PDM系统、ERP系统、工作流管理系统的集成问题。开发了基于开源平台的刀具管理集成系统,该刀具管理集成信息系统,集成了工作流管理、PDM系统以及刀具管理等技术,基于APACHE+PHP+MYSQL开源平台,开发了独创的工作流引擎,实现了刀具订货流程管理、刀具图纸设计流程管理、刀具品种表管理、刀具数据管理、用户角色及权限管理、系统管理等功能。

【Abstract】 The tool plays an important role in the machining process, so the improvement of the cutting tool capacity is meaningful to the machining.The importance of the cutting tool edge preparation is not regarded enough now. Comparaed to the development of the tool material, the tool configuration and the tool coating, the development of the cutting tool edge preparation is lagged. The tool life, the cutting capacity and the cutting stability could be improved by the proper edge preparation.The basic research work has been done by the author. The contents include:(1)The regulation of the cutting tool edge is preparated. The narrow sense and the broad sense of the concept are both brought forward.(2)The influence of the edge preparation to the machining process is studied, including the cutting force, cutting temperature and the tool coating.(3)The caculating equation of the edge radius is brought forward, too. The equation could be used to calculate the smallest edge radius as the reference for the confirmation of the edge radius.(4)The principals of the confirmation of the edge radius are studied.(5)The equipment design work has been done by the author, including the design of the inserts and the integrated tool edge preparation equipments.The integrated tool management system has been studied in the paper. The integration of the tool management system with PDM system, ERP system and the workflow system is studied. The integrated tool management based on the open source software (OSS) has been developed. The workflow system, PDM system are both integrated in the tool management system. The open source software (OSS) is APACHE+PHP+MYSQL. The original workflow engine is developed, too.The function modules of integrated tool management system include: the order workflow; the tool design workflow; the tool category sheet management; the tool data management; the user role and authority management; the system management.
