以人为原型的产品逆向工程研究与开发

【摘要】 创新是人类本身和人类社会得以进步和发展的原动力,也是设计的根本,更是现代产品设计的生命源泉。创新促使一代又一代的设计师不断为人类创造出许多优秀的产品,并改善了人类的生存方式,提高了人们的生活品质。西方发达国家在工业设计领域的发展历程表明,产品逆向工程是发展中国家实现产品创新和技术进步的有效途径。本文在调研了国内外现有反求技术和理论基础上,将“创新”提到更为显著的位置,强调在反求的基础上进行创新,提出了以人为原型的产品逆向工程。本文指出当前的研究大多集中于零件的三维重构和快速成型方面,多关注于零件级别的外形细节反求上,而较少关注如何还原产品的设计思想和人的原始需求,而这恰恰是要实现产品创新设计的关键。针对上述问题,我们提出了以人为原型的产品反求技术的概念和理论框架,并进行了系统的研制和开发。以人为原型的产品反求本质是通过寻找产品的功能原型进而实现产品需求原型的再现,最大程度上吸收原产品的设计思想和关键技术。本文对产品设计过程进行了分析,从设计过程的一般性模型开始,在介绍了分解重构原理,广义定位原理,功能表面概念的基础上,对功能表面分类进行了扩展,提出了基于功能表面分解重构的设计过程模型,并对功能表面的内涵进行扩展,进而提出了产品结构生长型设计,这些相关的研究表明了产品创新设计过程的有规律可循,为以人为原型的产品反求奠定了理论基础。接下来,我们通过采用面向对象的编程技术,实现了对功能表面的描述和表达,从而实现了功能零件的表达,并建立了基于功能表面的产品反求数据结构;从功能和定位的角度出发,从实现相同功能的零部件中抽象出由功能表面集组成的功能模式,分别为执行模式,传动模式,结构模式和原动件。在这基础上,利用三维造型内核ACIS平台进行了面向创新设计的产品反求系统Pre-D的开发,研制了产品反求系统框架和关键技术模块,包括产品快速造型与装配,产品功能原型提取,产品反向求解模块以及产品功能表面扩展等。最后,阐述了系统的功能、模块设置、系统开发技术和运行环境。并以手动压力机和洗衣机为例,详细介绍了产品原型的反求过程及产品功能表面扩展,验证了本文理论研究与技术实施的正确性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Innovation drives human progress and human society development, which is not only the fundamental of design, but also the life fountain of modern product design. Generation after generation designers create many excellence products to improve human survival mode and people’s quality of life. Development of Western developed countries in the field of industrial design proved that product reverse engineering approach is an effective way for technology progress of developing countries.The research situation of current domestic and oversea reverse technologies and theory fundamentals are investigated systematically, the importance of Innovation is emphasized based on reverse technologies. Human originated reverse engineering is put forward in this paper.Current research of reverse technology mostly focuses on 3D model reconstruction and rapid prototyping technology, few is about the theory or systematic study of product reverse design concept and human original requirement. Human originated reverse technology and theoretical framework is proposed in this paper to extend product structure and dynamic design thinking process.The aim of Human originated reverse is to obtain the functional prototype of product and reproduce the requirement prototype with absorbing the design methodology and key technology of the product. In this paper, the general model of design process is introduced and the type of functional surface is expanded based on Decomposition and Reconstitution Principle and Generalized Positioning Principle. The growth design theory is proposed and Human originated product reverse system supporting inventive design on this foundation is developed.Description and expression of the functional surface is realized on using the Object Oriented technology, also the expression of the functional part. And product reverse data structure model is built up based on functional surface. From the point of function and position, function mode is concluded from solid part which has the same function, which include execute mode, transmission mode, structure mode and motivity mode. Using ACIS, an advanced 3D modeling kernel, in this paper a product reverse system PRE-D is developed. Product reverse system framework and the key technology module is created, product rapid modeling and assembly module, product function prototype obtain module, product reverse solution module and product functional surface expansion module are included.Finally, the functions, module setting, technologies and running environment of system are expatiated. With examples of hand-lever press and washing machine, the recovery process of the product prototype and the product functional surface expansion are illustrated in details. The correctness and rationality of the theory research and implementation of technology is validated.
