等离子弧填丝粉末堆焊设备的研究

【摘要】 等离子弧粉末堆焊技术是堆焊技术领域中一项较新的工艺方法,它具有熔深浅、稀释率较低、熔敷率高的优点。但是合金粉末的利用率较低。合金粉末大都属于贵金属,造价很高,所以堆焊成本相对较高。与堆焊粉末相比,实心焊丝或药芯焊丝的价格要便宜很多,同时丝的熔敷效率较高,因此用丝来替代堆焊粉末的堆焊工艺具有较高的工程应用价值。然而近年来对等离子弧粉末堆焊的研究较为活跃,相对自动送丝等离子弧堆焊研究较少。本文从等离子弧堆焊工艺的角度出发,提出用普通焊丝代替昂贵金属粉末的堆焊工艺,目的是在保证堆焊层质量的前提下,降低堆焊的成本。并能实现同机送丝或丝粉混合堆焊,针对这一问题在LPC堆焊机上进行可行性实验,最后用正交设计确定出送丝堆焊合理的参数范围。并对焊枪的结构,送丝电路和送丝机构进行相应的设计。本文研究内容、研究结果如下:(1)在LPC型堆焊机上进行填丝堆焊,对工艺参数对堆焊层质量的影响进行分析,然后设计正交实验,确定出在LPC型堆焊机上填丝堆焊的最佳工艺参数组合;(2)为实现同机填丝堆焊,在控制柜中加入送丝电路,完成对送丝电路和主要元件参数的设计,同时对送丝机构提出设计初步方案;(3)完成对送丝式粉末堆焊枪的初步设计方案,针对实验中出现的问题提出堆焊枪设计中需注意的细节,主要提出合理的送丝通道、送粉通道的设计,冷却水系统的设计,以及枪体材料的选用。

【Abstract】 Plasma arc powder surfacing technology is a newer technique in the field ofoverlaying welding ,with the characteristic shallow penetration ,lower-rate of dilutionand higher deposition efficiency . the utilization ratio of alloy powder is very low .thealloy powder mostly belongs to the precious metals which prices are moreexpensive.therefore the cost of build-up welding cost was greatly enhanced.comparingto the alloy powder , the price of wire is much lower than the alloy powder . but thedeposition efficiency are much higher,the research on the plasma arc powder wasmore active in recent years ,however ,the study of plasma arc surfacing on automaticwire feeder was relatively much less.The essay focus on the technique of build-up welding,the technique introducesto replace the alloy powder with common wire.the obiect is to reduce the cost ofbuild-up weldingunder the premise of high quality piles layer.finally realize build-upwelding feeding with wire orwire mixed powder at the same machine.on this issue,we did feasibility experiment on the LPC surfacing machine,the reasonableparameters range is defined using orthogonal design.the structure of plasma torch wirefeed circuit as well as wire feeding device were designed.In this paper , following research results are obtained:1,Do the experiment at LPCsurfacing machine,analyses the impact ofparameters to the layer quality,and then design orthogonal experiments,finallydetermine the optimum technical parameters of plasma arc wire surfacing .2 In order to feed wire at one machine,we add wire feed circuit in controlcabinet,design main components parameters of wire feed circuit.and reconstrucewire feeding device.3 design and reconstruct the plasma torch,the design focus on the channel ofpowder and wire .the rebuild of cooling system .how to elect materimals of theplasma torch.
