天津临港产业区围海造陆工程吹填法研究

【摘要】 天津临港产业区围海造陆区域面积广大,在挖泥区挖得的吹填料以淤泥质粘土等工程性质较差的软粘土为主。如果采用传统的围海造陆吹填方式,吹填形成的陆域地基性质较差,不同区域沉降不均匀,需要采用打设塑料排水板联合真空预压等较为复杂的软土地基处理方式进行处理。这样无疑加大了工程投资,延长了施工工期。针对这一问题,本文提出分层吹填的方式,对吹填料的土性加以区分,按照设计断面进行吹填造陆。土方量计算是围海造陆工程中一项重要的工作,目前常用的土方量计算方法有:断面法、方格网法、等高线法及基于数字高程模型(DEM)法。在实际生产应用中,用不同方法计算同一场地的土方量,数量相差较大,所以不同方法土方计算精度不同,适用范围也不一样。本文针对天津临港产业区围海造陆工程的实际情况,在采用方格网法计算思路的前提下,引入了等参单元的概念及等参变换的内容,对方格网法加以改进,采用不规则四边形单元对土方量及吹填区表面积进行较为精确的求解,使其更适用于本工程实际。本文结合天津临港产业区围海造陆工程的实际,重点对现行的不分层吹填造陆方式和本文提出的分层吹填造陆方式在地基沉降、固结时间、固结强度、技术可行性、经济性等方面,应用分层总和法、太沙基一维固结理论、摩尔库仑理论等理论、方法以及相关技术指标、工程定额进行了比较分析。经对比研究可知,分层吹填的围海造陆吹填方式在技术上是可行的,而且在吹填形成的地基土的工程性质和经济性等方面都优于现行的不分层吹填方式。

【Abstract】 The areas of Tianjin Lingang Industrial Area (TLIA) are very large, and the soil dig from there is mostly silt, whose quality is very bad. So if we backfill the soil in traditional way, the lands form by backfilling are very soft, and the settlements are not uniformity. As a result of that, some soft-soil foundation reinforcements like plastic drainage combines with vacuum precompression must be adopted. It’s no doubt that the costs and the time limit for the project will be largely increased. Aiming at this situation, this paper put forward a method of backfill in layers, which distinguishes the characters of soil, and then backfills according to the blueprints. Calculating the volume of soil is one of the important works in the coastal reclamation project, and the common methods of calculating the volume of soil are: transect, table, contours and digital elevation model. Practically the dissimilarity calculation method has different quantity and accuracy and different application range. This paper contraposes the conditions of the (TLIA), in the precondition of using table, introducing the concept of isoparametric finite element and isoparametric transform. And then improves the table, so we can calculate the volume and area of soil more precisely.This paper compares the traditional backfill-method and the method of backfill in layers in aspects of the settlement of base, the time of consolidation, the intensity of consolidation, the technical permission and the economy. When compareing this tow methods, I use the delaminate-summate method, the Terzaghi one dimension consolidation theory, the Mol-Coulomb theory and other guide lines.The conclusion of the compare is that the method of backfill in layers is better than the traditional backfill-method in the quality of the foundation and the economy. And also the method of backfill in layers is technical permission.
