橡胶集料混凝土在连梁中的应用初探

【摘要】 双肢和多肢剪力墙中的墙肢,通过连梁联结成整体,静力和动力的试验结果都已经证明连梁的强度、刚度、变形性能对连肢剪力墙结构的静力及动力性能有很大的影响。连梁是介于柱和梁之间的一种构件,剪切变形较大,塑性变形较差,普通连系梁是连肢剪力墙中的薄弱环节。近几十年来,世界各地所发生的强烈地震中,剪力墙中的连梁都遭受到不同程度的震害。据实验及实际工程观测,连梁的破坏绝大部分为脆性的剪切破坏或弯剪破坏。如何提高其延性,一直是连梁设计及研究的重点。现行通用的方法就是优化连梁的配筋形式或者构造全通缝连系梁。这些方案都能在一定程度上增强连梁的延性,但也有各自的缺点。或者施工方面不容易实现,或者大大削弱了剪力墙的整体性。橡胶集料混凝土的出现,给解决这一问题带来了希望。橡胶集料混凝土作为一种新型混凝土材料,具有低弹模、大变形、高阻尼、能量耗散多及很好的抗裂性等优点,本文利用ANSYS有限元分析工具对橡胶集料混凝土在连梁中的应用进行了系统的研究分析,并与普通混凝土连梁进行了比较,得到了一批理论分析的成果。结果表明:用橡胶集料混凝土作为剪力墙的连梁,由于橡胶集料混凝土低弹模、大变形的特点,导致连梁所受到的剪力有一定程度的减小,同时,在连梁达到破坏的时候,整个墙体的变形能力有很大的提高。而且,橡胶集料混凝土连梁比起普通混凝土连梁能更好地起到消能减震的作用。.

【Abstract】 The wall sections in coupled shear wall or multiple shear wall are combined as a whole wall by linking beams. A lot of static or dynamic experiments about shear walls indicate that the static and dynamic mechanics performance is largely influenced by the strength、rigidity and deformation property of the linking beam.The linking beam is a kind of component which lies between the pillar and the beam, and it has a comparatively large shear deformation and small plastic deformation. Common linking beam is the weak component in a whole shear wall. In the last several decades, the linking beams are more or less damaged in some strong earthquake occurred in some place of the world. According to experiment result and actual engineering observation, most linking beams encounter brittle failure such as shear failure or flexure-shear failure. In the design and research about the linking beam, it is always the point to raise its ductility. There are two common methods: to optimize its form of reinforcement or to construct a through suture in the linking beam. These projects can raise the linking beam’s ductility in a certain extent, but they still have respective disadvantage: not easily coming true or excessively weakening the shear wall as a whole.Then CRC (crumb rubber concrete) advents, bringing us hope to the solution of this problem.As a new concrete material, CRC has a lot of advantage such as low elastic modulus、large deformation、high damp、good energy dissipation and cracking resistance capability. By using ANSYS finite element method software, I roundly analysis and discuss the application of CRC in linking beams. The final result is obtained by comparing the results of the analyses.The result indicates that the CRC linking beam’s shear is less than common concrete shear wall. This is because CRC’s properties such as low elastic modulus and large deformation, and when the linking beam gets failure, the deformation capability of the whole shear wall enhance obviously. Besides, CRC linking beam has a better energy dissipation capability than common concrete linking beam.
