预应力混凝土叠合板刚度非线性有限元分析及挠度计算

【摘要】 本文采用ANSYS非线性有限元程序对预应力混凝土叠合板的受力全过程进行了详细分析,并与试验结果进行对比。首先,研究了由四块预应力带肋薄板叠合成的矩形板在静载破坏试验下的受力性能,内容包括荷载—挠度曲线的变化规律、裂缝的出现和开展、开裂荷载、极限承载力等。试验结果表明这种叠合板具有很高的强度和刚度,在正常使用荷载下不会开裂,能够满足承载力和变形要求。叠合板的裂缝开展情况和破坏时裂缝分布特征表明了该种楼盖存在明显的双向受力效应。通过分析整体式拼缝的特点,研究板带的受力性能。其次,在试验研究的基础上,采用ANSYS程序对预应力混凝土单向、双向叠合板分别进行了从预制底板的预应力施加到预制底板承受施工阶段荷载,再到叠合板承受正常使用阶段荷载,最后到叠合板破坏的全过程受力模拟。并结合试验资料,通过荷载—挠度曲线、极限承载力和裂缝展开图的比较,证明了有限元分析的可行性和合理性。最后,通过分析试验数据和ANSYS的计算结果,得出预应力混凝土单向叠合板的短期刚度计算公式,并在此基础上探讨了双向叠合板挠度的计算方法。上述研究成果可以为预应力混凝土叠合板的工程应用和进一步研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a detailed analysis of the mechanical nature about the prestressed laminated concrete slab under increasing uniform surface load until destruction by using ANSYS nonlinear finite element analysis program, and compares the results with the experimental facts.Firstly, the two-way laminated concrete slab which is composed by four prestressed thin concrete plates with ribs was studied in the process of static load destructive experiment. The experimental findings include the laws of load-deflection, the cracking characteristic, the ultimate bearing capacity, the cracking load and so on. The experimental results show that this kind of slab performs excellent in stength and rigidity, and it can meet the demand of bearing capacity and deformation under the regular service conditions without cracking. According to the character of crack pattern and the damages of the floor, it can be observed that this kind of floor presents bidirectional effect obviously. And the mechanical nature of slat is studied by analyzing the feature of integral edge joint.Secondly, based on the experimental study, nonlinear finite element analysis of one-way and two-way laminated concrete slab under the process from the period of bottom thin slab prestressed to construction, then to usage period and last to damage is simulated by adopting ANSYS program. Contrasting the curve of load-deflection, cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity and the divergence graph of crack, the finite element analysis is proved feasible and appropriate.Lastly, by analyzing the experimental data and the results of ANSYS, the formula of stiffness refering to the one-way laminated concrete slab under the short period load is obtained. Moreover, the deflection calculation method of the two-way laminated concrete is discussed.Above-mentioned research findings maybe provide references for engineering application and further study of the prestressed laminated concrete slab.
