一体化三相逆变陀螺电源的设计研究

【摘要】 为了保证陀螺经纬仪安全可靠地工作,高性能的陀螺电源就成为其中不可缺少的部分,而且要求电压和频率有很高的稳定性。针对目前国内陀螺电源的体积大、电路复杂、频率精度不高、调试维护困难等缺点,本文研究了一种体积小、重量轻、频率和电压稳定的陀螺电源。本课题采用SPWM技术,利用单片机控制智能功率模块(IPM),实现了直流到交流的逆变。本文提出并设计了由两个8位微处理器组成的双CPU控制电路,其中一片作为主控制器,另一片作为SPWM信号发生器。该方法提高了电源输出电压和频率的稳定性,同时将单一的模拟电路处理方式转变为数字电路与模拟电路相结合的方式,降低了电路的复杂性,实现了陀螺逆变电源的小型化。本论文的主要工作内容如下:1)首先对逆变电源的国内外研究现状进行了综述,继而又对逆变电源设计的理论基础进行了详细的分析。2)论文给出了陀螺电源的整体设计方案,在此基础上设计了主电路和控制电路。主电路包括滤波电路,储能缓冲电路,放电电路,以及由智能功率模块—PS21563构成的逆变电路;控制电路包括按键电路,显示电路,故障处理电路,指示电路和SPWM信号驱动电路。3)用C语言编程结合自然采样法获得SPWM方波驱动信号的脉宽时间,然后用汇编语言编程,使单片机自动输出SPWM驱动信号去控制逆变器的各个开关管的导通与关断,实现直流到交流的逆变。4)对陀螺电源的性能进行了实验验证。通过实验证明,该陀螺电源输出电压、频率以及电流的稳定性可以达到陀螺经纬仪所需电源的指标要求。

【Abstract】 The high-performance gyroscope power with good voltage and frequencystability is the part in order to guarantee the Gyrocompass worked safely and reliably.In view of the deficiencies of bulkiness, circuit complicatedness, bad frequencyprecision, the convenience in debugging and maintenance for the present domesticgyroscope power supply, a small, light gyroscope power with high voltage andfrequency stability is discussed in this paper.The subject has adopted the SPWM technology, controlling IPM by themicrocontroller to achieve the Invertion from DC to AC. The control circuit has two8-digit micro-processors. One of the CPUs is used as the main controller and the otheris used as the SPWM Signal Generator. This method improved the stability of thepower output voltage and the output frequency. And it turns the analog circuit into aanalog-digital one thus to reduced the complexity of the circuit and realized theminiaturization and lightweight of the gyroscope inverter.The content in this paper as follows:1)First, the research status of inverter is generally presented in this paper. Afterthat, the theory background for inverter design is discussed in detail.2)Worked out a holistic design scheme for the gyroscope power in the paper,designed the main circuit and the control circuit. The main circuit consists of the filtercircuit, the discharge circuit, the inverter circuit which consists of IPM- PS21563.thecontrolling circuit consists of the Keyboard circuit, the display circuit, the faulttreatment circuit, the indication circuit and the SPWM driver.3)Obtain the pulse width time by the combination of digital natural samplingbased spwm and C Program. With the assemble program, the microcontroller outputDriving SPWM signals automatically to control the Tubes of the inverter, achievingthe invertion from DC to AC. By controlling the operation of the power by MCU, itcan deal with various troubles in time, which improves the stability and theintelligentized degree of the power system and makes the system easier to use andmaintain.4)The property of the gyroscope power is validate by experiment. The stabilityof the gyroscope power output (voltage, frequency, current, ect.) meets the techniquerequest of the gyroscope power for Gyrocompass well.
