机电产品绿色设计中的功能模型研究

【摘要】 工业的发展,尤其是制造业的蓬勃发展使人类社会发生了巨大的变化,但同时也使环境,资源和能源问题更加严重。绿色设计作为制造业可持续发展的关键技术,已得到人们的共识。本文在研究国内外绿色设计的研究动态的基础上,对绿色设计中的功能模型进行研究,主要有以下内容。1.根据与传统设计中的功能模型相比较,结合绿色设计的原则和要求,构建了绿色设计中的功能模型系统框架,主要包括:绿色设计中的功能分解和评价;绿色设计中的功能求解;相关的数据库和知识库。2.依照绿色设计准则的要求,采用基于商空间的功能分解模型进行功能分解。对于基于商空间的功能分解,先予以说明,后结合绿色设计中面向拆卸回收的设计进行应用分析研究,例证其有效性。3.确立功能模型后,采用两种方法进行功能求解:公理设计法和功能故障设计法。分别用此两种方法与绿色设计的设计准则结合,以实例设计予以说明。4.对绿色设计数据库和功能故障知识库进行设计,构建了基本框架。

【Abstract】 While the development of the industry,especially manufacturing industry makesenormous change of human society,it also produces the problem of environmentdeterioration,energy and resource exhausting.It’s well known now that green designhas become the key technology to sustainable development of manufacturingindustry.This dissertation researches on functional model system of conceptual design ingreen design.It mainly concentrates on the following items:1.By comparing with functional models in conventional design,and followingprinciples and requirements of green design,the structure of functional model systemin green design is constructed to establish functional model,including:functiondecomposition and function evaluation,methods to achieve function solutions,database and knowledge base involved.2.According to green design criteria,Functions in green design are decomposedby adopting function decomposition model based on quotient space.This functiondecomposition model is studied in disassembly oriented product recycling design ofgreen design.3.After establishment of functional model,axiomatic design method andfunction-failure design method(FFDM) are used to achieve function solutions.Thesetwo methods combined with green design criteria are studied by applying them inexamples of design.4.In this system data base and knowledge base are involved,mainly includinggreen design data base and function failure knowledge base.The structure of greendesign data base and function failure knowledge base is designed.
