平板类张拉整体网格结构静力及施工模拟分析研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了空间结构发展的背景和得以发展的条件,并对不同空间结构体系的应用做了简单的介绍;回顾了张力集成体系的发展历史、力学特征。由张力集成体系中压杆连续和非连续的现象,引申出张拉整体和类张拉整体的概念,分析了两种体系的优缺点,并对一种新型的空间节点-装配式节点做了详细的介绍。类张拉整体结构中合理的初始预张力值和预应力施加方法、施加顺序决定着结构的成形和施工状态、工作状态的安全性。本文利用结构几何非线性有限元理论,采用计算机模拟分析的手段,给出了几种有效的平板类张拉整体网格结构体系预应力施加的方法,比较了各种方法的效果。并提出了平板类张拉整体网格结构体系索元张拉顺序优化方案的选取原则,分析了如何选取要张拉的索元及如何确定索元初始预应力值;最后对一个采用装配式节点的平板类张拉整体网格结构的施工过程做了详细的分析,总结了其静力特征。分析表明只要大的区域划分合理,采用分块安装的施工方法对平板类张拉整体网格结构是切实可行的,并对采用装配式节点的平板类张拉整体网格结构的工程应用做了简单的展望,提出了采用装配式节点的其他几种结构构型。最后,本文对所有的研究工作进行了总结,得出了有参考价值的结论,并指出了进一步的研究中需要解决的问题。

【Abstract】 This paper primarily mentions the background and the conditions of the development of the space structure; simply introduced different kind space structures applications; looked back the development history and the mechanics characteristic of the tensegrity system. Followed the phenomenon and the arguments of the strut continuous and discontinuous, the paper put forward the conception of the tensegrity and tensegrity and analyzed the merit and shortcoming of the two kinds of system. A novel joint-assemble joints was detailed introduced.For the tensegrity system reasonable prestress value and reasonable method、proper sequence for applying the tension was decided the shape of the structure and the safety of construction and working state. By means of the nonlinear finite element theory and computer simulations, this paper gave out some method of applying the tension for the flat tensegrity gride structure and compared the different result of each kind of the method. Then the principle of optimization design for tension order was putted forward. The paper also analyzed the choice of tensile cable and the initial tension force control.The construction process and mechanics characteristic of a flat tensegrity grid structure assembled by joint-assemble joints was analyzed in detail. It could conclude that if the big block was divided reasonably block assembled method of construction for the flat tensegrity grid structure was feasible. Then other forms of tensegrity structure assembled by joint-assemble joints and its outlook was simply brought forward.At the end of the paper some conclusions were summarized and the problems that should be studied further were putted forward.
