基于nRF9E5和GPRS无线抄表终端的研究

【摘要】 无线抄表技术是将电能表终端采集、传输和处理应用于电能量监控系统中的一项新技术。它从根本上克服了传统的人工抄表模式的弊端,而且能提供更多优质便捷的服务。nRF9E5是挪威Nordic公司推出的无线通信芯片,具有性能优异、功耗低、使用方便等优点,且内嵌高性能的8051单片机。本文在GPRS无线抄表的基础上,利用nRF9E5的短距离无线通信,设计了一种适合电力用户比较集中的无线抄表终端。该终端包括安装在电力用户的智能电能表和区域中心的中继装置。无线抄表终端采用ADE7757电能专用测量芯片采集电能数据,nRF9E5对采集到的数据按“峰”、“平”、“谷”进行分类计算。中继装置采用轮流法定时地向智能电能表索取电能数据,它们之间的通信利用nRF9E5的无线射频功能来完成。本文研究的基于nRF9E5和GPRS无线抄表终端充分利用了nRF9E5的硬件资源和GPRS的优越性能,生产成本和运行费用都很低,是一种具有发展前途的自动抄表装置。

【Abstract】 Wireless Meter Reading is a new technology which applies electric power meter terminal’s acquisition, transmission and processing to the monitoring system of electric energy. It fundamentally overcomes the shortcomings of traditional manual meter reading, and also provides better and convenient services.nRF9E5 is a wireless communication chip which is introduced by Nordic Semiconductor Inc of Norway. nRF9E5 has high performance, low power consumption, easy to apply and also embeds a high-performance 8051 SCM. Based on the GPRS wireless meter reading, this paper designs a wireless meter reading terminal using the short-haul wireless communication of nRF9E5, which is suitable for concentrative electric power users. The terminal includes the intelligent ammeter which is installed in electric power users and the relay device in regional center. The meter reading terminal collects the electric energy data using the appropriative electric energy measurement chip ADE7757, and classifies and calculates the data collected according to the“Peak”,“Peace”and“Valley”by the nRF9E5. The relay device obtains time the electric energy data of the intelligent ammeter used in rotation, and the communication between them is completed by the RF function of the nRF9E5.The wireless meter reading terminal based on nRF9E5 and GPRS of this paper studying takes full advantage of the resources of nRF9E5 and the primely performance of GPRS. The terminal has low production costs and low operating costs, so it is an automatic meter reading devices of good development prospects.
