石英玻璃管测量仪的数据采集系统设计

【摘要】 本课题是与廊坊久智光电子材料科技有限公司合作的项目,项目全称为“石英玻璃管成品综合测量仪”,课题承担了测量系统中的数据采集与光电接收系统的设计工作。石英玻璃管的综合参数测量是生产中的一个重要环节,是石英玻璃管质量检测的重要依据。当前国内玻璃管生产商一般采用人工测量和激光扫描测量,研制高精度、非接触的自动测量仪器是玻璃管生产行业的迫切需求。文中所介绍的测量仪器采用线阵CCD图像传感器为测量元件,采用步进电机带动玻璃管转动和控制测量平台移动,实现对玻璃管进行大范围,多参数的非接触测量。在Visual C++ 6.0的环境下开发了测量仪的软件,只要设定测量参数,就可实现自动测量,完全替代了人工。通过实际测量,达到了测量精度、测量范围等要求。论文主要讨论用CCD非接触测量玻璃管尺寸的原理,对CCD器件进行机械拼接成像的设计、线阵CCD器件的拼接技术以及拼接后的数据采集电路设计等。课题主要完成的工作:1、以理论分析为基础,提出了采用线阵CCD器件进行机械拼接测量的设计思想,采用A/D转换方式获取玻璃管边界信息和ISA总线接口电路将所存数据送入计算机进行分析、判断和计算出玻璃管的多种行为尺寸方面的参数。2、设计了CCD光电接收系统的机械结构,使设备的安装稳定、调节方便、计量精确。3、采用了现场可编程数字逻辑器件,设计了拼接的线阵CCD (TCD1500C)的同步驱动与数据采集电路,使电路具有小型化和便于安装、调试的优点。4、设计了基于ISA总线的CCD数据采集计算机接口卡及接口软件。5、设计了石英玻璃管综合参数测量仪的数据采集软件和部分控制软件。

【Abstract】 This subject is cooperated with Jiuzhi photoelectron material technology Ltd. in Langfang China which full name is the measurement system of parameters for quartz glass tube. This thesis designed the data collection and the photoelectric receiver of the measurement system. Parameters Measurement for quartz glass tube which is part and parcel in manufacture provides a basic basis for quality inspecting. Currently, home product lines use manual skill and laser scanning technology to inspect quartz glass tubes, developing high precision automatic measurement apparatus meets the demand of glass tube merchants. The instrument we developed which make use of the liner CCD and step-type electromotors controlling machine can largely measure large-scale parameters of glass tubes. And you just have to set the data of the measured tube, our software designed in environment of Visual C++6.0 for instrument can measure tubes automatically. This paper discussed the principle that CCD used in measuring glass tubes, CCD mechanical spliced equipment for imaging system and data collection circuit of CCD.The main tasks of this thesis are listed as follows:1. We bring forward a scheme of glass tube measurement system comprised of multi-ccds chip, AD conversion, static memories and ISA-interface imaging processing card.2. Designed precise and flexible mechanics for multi-ccds receiver.3. Contrived TCD1500C drivers employing FPGA(field programmable logic gate array).4. Designed the ISA-interface data collection circuit of CCD.5. Developed the imaging collecting software of CCD for the measuring instrument and partial control software.
