【摘要】 随着全球化进程的日益加速和国民经济的高速发展,我国的市场开放进一步朝广度、深度两个方面发展,建筑设计市场更是处于市场开放的最前沿。一方面,为了提高本国建筑创作水平,繁荣建筑创作市场,国内频频举办各种国际竞赛,邀请国外优秀建筑设计公司或建筑师参赛;另一方面,国内建筑设计任务的持续饱和和利润的不断增长,也吸引了许多境外公司及建筑师主动参与到我国的建筑设计竞争中来。处在这样一个充满机遇和挑战的时代,当代中国建筑师也受到了建筑业界内外广泛的关注。本文以中国建筑师群体作为研究对象,以中国现代建筑的发展路径及中国建筑师的成长历程为研究线索,对当代中国建筑师的设计竞争力水平做出理性而深入的分析。论文第一章对当代我国建筑师的执业背景和环境进行了陈述,阐述了研究当代中国建筑师竞争力水平的意义,并对相关概念进行了阐释。第二章主要研究了中国建筑师的成长历程及现状。文章以中国建筑师成长的历史发展为纵轴,分析了现代意义上的四代中国建筑师创作的时代背景及他们的竞争力水平。同时对处于不同历史年代的中国建筑师进行了横向的比较,以期梳理出一条清晰的脉络,了解当代中国建筑师竞争力现状的历史渊源和必然性。第三章对中国建筑师的竞争力现状进行了理性的阐述。从中国的建筑设计市场现状出发,列举了中国建筑师所处市场环境的优势和劣势,并进一步对中国建筑师竞争力现状作出更深入的研究和比较,得出“当代中国建筑师竞争力相对时代而言存在着滞后性”这一结论。第四章从三个方面对中国建筑师竞争力滞后的原因进行了分析。首先从建筑师设计素质层面进行了分析;其次讨论了行业运行机制中存在的问题;最后分析了在文化背景及建筑教育方面存在的不足。在文章的最后,对我国建筑师的竞争力水平提升途径作了一些思考,以期对我国当代建筑师竞争力水平能在尽可能快的时间内赶上市场发展的需要提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the globalization advancement daily acceleration and national economy high speed development, our country’s market opens further toward two aspects develops: the breadth, the depth. The architectural design market became the foreland of chinese opening market. On the one hand, in order to raise our design competence, and prosper the architecture design market, we conduct a great deal of international competitions, and invite overseas outstanding architectural design companies or architects participate to take part in these competitions; On the other hand, with the domestic architectural design duty continuously being saturated and the profit unceasing growing, the Chinese design market also has attracted many oversea companies and architects participates in the architectural design competition on own initiative. At the time of filling with opportunity and challenge, the contemporary Chinese architects has also received the widespread attentions .This article taking the Chinese architects as the object of study, and taking the China modern architecture development way and the Chinese architect’s growth course as the research clue, makes the rational and the thorough analysis to the contemporary Chinese architects’design competitive power level.The first chapter has carried on the statements to the contemporary Chinese architect’s working background and the environment, elaborated the significance of researching Contemporary Chinese architects’competitive power level, and the explanation of the correlative concepts.Second chapter mainly has studied the Chinese architects’growth course and the present situation. The article takes the historical development of the Chinese architects as an ordinate axis, has analyzed the time background and their competitive power level of four generation Chinese architects in the modern significance. Meanwhile we has carried on the crosswise comparison to the Chinese architects who was in the different historical ages, in order to comb a clear vein, and understand the historical origin and the inevitability of the Contemporary Chinese architects’present situation.Third chapter has carried on the rational elaboration to the present situation of the Chinese architect’ competitive power. Embarked from the Chinese architectural design market, we enumerated the superiority and the inferiority of the market environment which the Chinese architects locate, and further made more thorough research and the comparison to the present situation of Chinese architect’competitive power. Consequently, we obtained the conclusion: relative to the development of time, the Contemporary Chinese architects’competitive power has the hysteresis quality.Fourth chapter has analysed the reasons which the Chinese architect’competitive power is lag from three aspects. First, it analysed the quality from the stratification of our architects’design lever. Next , it discussed the issue which exists in the profession movement mechanism; Finally, it has analyzed the insufficiency which exists in the cultural context and the architectural education aspect.Finally, it has made some ponders to promotion way to our country architects’competitive power level, in order to provide certain reference as far as possible to help that our country architects’competitive power level can catch up with the market development in the quick time.更多还原
