国有商业银行的市场竞争策略研究

【摘要】 随着我国金融市场的逐渐开放和金融改革的深入,中国银行业市场结构发生了重大变化,基本形成了垄断竞争的局面,行业竞争更趋激烈。再加上我国加入WTO所带来的冲击,如何有效地参与市场竞争,获取竞争优势,已成为商业银行面临的最大课题。我国国有商业银行在我国金融机构中占据主体地位。国有商业银行的竞争力大小之间关系到我国金融和经济的运行状况。本文从分析我国商业银行所处的国际和国内的现实环境入手,对我国商业银行面临的现实环境做了详细的分析,并对我国商业银行竞争中存在的问题进行了深入的探讨,并分析了形成这些问题的原因。然后利用主成份方法对我国商业银行的竞争力做了实证分析。最后,借鉴发达国家商业银行的竞争策略理论,结合我国商业银行的实际情况,提出适合我国国有商业银行实际的竞争策略,为我国国有商业银行的竞争策略做出一点参考。

【Abstract】 With the gradual opening up of China’s financial markets and financial deepening reform , China’s banking sector has undergone major structural changes in the market and formed amonopoly-competition situation basically . Competition will fiercer in the bank sector. Coupling with the impact of China’s accession to the WTO, how to participate in market competition effectively and aquire for competitive advantages, have become the biggest issue the commercial banks have to face. China’s state-owned commercial banks in China’s financial institutions occupy a principal position. The competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks relate to the performancing of China’s economic and financial .Analysising the international and domestic situation, the paper do a detailed analysis of reality which China’s commercial banks face .We explored the problem exsited in the competitiveness of China’s commercial banks deeply and analysis the reason of the problem .Then the paper do a empirical analysis to the competitiveness of commercial banks with main elements approach. Finally, Based on the actual situation in China’s commercial banks ,We give some competition strategy appropriate to our actual for China’s state-owned commercial banks from competition strategy in developed country for making some reference to the competitive strategy of our state-owned commercial banks.
