ZnO/PAA组装器件的制备与性能

【摘要】 本文介绍了纳米材料的发展历史及其物理、光学特性,模板法合成纳米材料的类型及方法,多孔型阳极氧化铝膜的研究现状、结构和形成机理,以及纳米ZnO发光材料的研究现状、结构和发光机制;详细报道了采用溶胶-凝胶法在多孔型阳极氧化铝模板内合成纳米ZnO发光材料的具体过程;最后,采用各种方法对测试结果进行了分析和讨论。我们开展的工作具体如下:(1)利用二次阳极氧化法,使用草酸和磷酸为电解液,选择合适的阳极氧化参数,制备空洞排列有序的多孔氧化铝模板。(2)采用用溶胶一凝胶制备纳米ZnO,并用沉积方法制备纳米ZnO/PAA组装体系。(3)利用XRD、SEM和XPS对多孔氧化铝膜板、纳米ZnO及ZnO/PAA组装体系的结构、形貌、组成等进行表征,并对其光学性质进行初步探讨。(4)研究不同退火温度对多孔氧化铝、纳米ZnO及ZnO/PAA组装体荧光发光的影响,并讨论其发光机理。(5)分析了多孔氧化铝模板孔洞内的ZnO含量,讨论了影响ZnO进入的原因。最后,我们提出了建议,为了得到好的ZnO/PAA组装体系,应该对实验方法进行改进。光致发光实验属于基础研究的性质,为了使ZnO/PAA组装体系应用于实践,今后我们要进一步开展电致发光的研究。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced development history、physical and optical characteristics of nano materials, research actuality、structure and forming mechanism of porous anodic alumina film ,and research course、structure and emission mechanism of irradiance material.We have reported the process of forming nano ZnO luminescence material in porous anodic alumina template by sol-gel method. At last, we analyzed and discussed the testing results by kinds of test methods.We developed frondose works as follow:(1) The porous alumina film with ordered nanochannels was prepared by a two-step andozation of alumimum, using oxalic acid and phosphonic acid for electrolyte and choosing optimum parameters.(2)We prepared nano ZnO by sol-gel method and nano ZnO/PAA composit system by sediment.(3)We tokened the structure、appearance、constituts of porous anodic alumina nano ZnO and ZnO/PAA composite system and discussed optical character.(4)We studied the influence of different annealing temperature for porous anodic alumina、nano ZnO and ZnO/PAA composite system, and discussed the emission mechanism(5)We analyzed the content of nano ZnO in porous anodic alumina, and discussed the reason of influencing nano ZnO’s ingress.Finally, we suggested that the experiment method should be improved for getting finer ZnO/PAA composite system. Because photoluminescence experiment belongs to property of basic research, we will develop electroluminescence research in the future so that ZnO/PAA composite system applied to practice.
