【摘要】 目的:研究前部缺血性视神经病变后期经葛芪口服液治疗后视神经损害的修复在mfVEP视野各部位的改变。方法:将50例AION患者(50只眼)均匀随机分配到治疗组和对照组,两组均先采用常规用药治疗一个疗程(一个月),然后治疗组给予口服葛芪口服液,对照组给予口服VitB1、VitC、VitE治疗,疗程四周,对两种治疗方法在治疗前后用多焦视觉诱发电位进行比较。使用德国Ronland公司的RETscan3.20多焦视觉电生理测量仪主要分析mfVEP的二阶反应,将反应分上、下半侧视野,1/4象限视野(鼻上、鼻下、颞上、颞下),分析各反应综和波,对各区域治疗前后进行比较。对于数据结果进行统计学分析,应用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果以P＜0.05为显著性差异界限,P＜0.01为高度显著性差异界限。结果:(1)多焦视觉诱发电位方面,通过对比上下半侧视野,1/4象限视野(鼻上、鼻下、颞上、颞下)治疗前后的观察,两组治疗前后AION眼非病变区域差异均无统计学意义,病变区域P波振幅和潜伏期组间及组内比较,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。(2)葛芪口服液疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论:葛芪口服液有助于前部缺血性视神经病变后期视神经损伤的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to investigate the manifestation of mfVEP at the later stage of AION by Kudzuvine Root And Astragali For Oral Use as to repairing optic nerve lesion.Methods:divide 60 AION patients(60 eyes)into therapy group and contrasted group.Give the routine medicine to above groups.for one course of treatment(one month),then giving the medicine to the therapy group,at the time VitB 1、VitC、VitE to the contrasted group for oral use for four weeks,at last compare the two therapeutic effect by mfVEP.By the RETscan3.20 mfVEP made in germany Ronland company,analyze the second order kernel(SOK) mainly.The reaction was divided to dimidiate and quartered field(sup.nasal,sup.temp,inf.temp,inf.nasal).Analysis the sum totol waves of every reaction,to compare every sector,primary compare the waveshape characreristic with AION eyes and felloe eyes or treatment circa of AION eye.As to the statistic analysis,we use spss software.The result is:the much difference limit according to P＜0.05,the high difference limit according to P＜0.01.Result:(1)mfVEP aspect:by comparing the therapeutic effect of dimidiate and quartered field,the difference between the two groups for without diseased region of AION eyes is not remarkable with no statistics significance,the difference of amplitude density and implicit time between the two groups is prominent with statistics significance(p＜0.05).(2)the medicine aspect:the therapeuticeffect of the therapy group is prior to the contrasted group,and the difference is remarkable with statistics significance (p＜0.05).Conclusion:Kudzuvine Root And Astragali For Oral Use is effective to the reparation optic nerve lesion at the later stage of AION.更多还原
