锦屏水电站专用公路高边坡稳定性分析与防治技术研究

【摘要】 锦屏一、二级水电站位于四川省凉山彝族自治州冕宁县境内,地处边远山区、深山峡谷地带,系雅砻江中、下游卡拉至江口河段水电规划梯级开发的主要梯级电站。锦屏一、二级水电站对外交通专用公路起点位于牦牛山东侧、安宁河畔的漫水湾镇,终点至锦屏二级水电站厂区的雅砻江大桥左岸,路线全长57km,沿途多崇山峻岭,沟谷多呈“V”字型和“U”字型。公路沿线地形陡峻,地质条件复杂,高边坡病害问题突出,边坡稳定分析及其处理措施是锦屏水电站对外专用公路建设中的一个关键技术问题。本文首先对高边坡稳定性分析及其防治技术的研究进展进行了回顾和总结,然后结合锦屏水电站对外专用公路高边坡稳定分析及其治理实践工作提出了本文的研究课题。本文的主要研究内容及研究成果如下:(1)对锦屏水电站对外专用公路高边坡的破坏情况进行了调研和分析,提出了影响高边坡的诸多水文地质条件,指出可能产生影响高边坡稳定性的各种不良地质条件,并且对锦屏8个典型高边坡的工程地质条件进行了地质分析,并指出了可能发生的破坏模式。(2)根据该路段高边坡工程地质条件总结出了高边坡的失稳破坏模式及机理,在此基础上总结出了该高边坡的4种失稳破坏模式,即均匀层状型、基底控制型、结构面组合型和固定滑面型破坏模式。(3)根据4种失稳破坏模式,在详细分析了高边坡失稳破坏模式的基础上,提出了适用于该边坡的稳定性分析方法,即直线型和圆弧型破坏的稳定性分析方法,并给出了相应的稳定性计算方法。(4)根据该路段高边坡的4种破坏模式,总结出了相应的防治工程措施,总结出了如防排水、刷方卸载、加固和边坡生态防护等各种防治措施相结合的综合性防治工程措施。(5)本文的研究成果已应用于锦屏水电站对外专用公路高边坡治理工程,并取得了较好的技术、经济效果,对类似工程建设具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Jinping-Ⅰand Jinping-Ⅱhydropower project lie in the remote high mountainous and deep valley areas of Mianning County,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan province.The projects are the main hydropower projects of the midle/lower reaches(from Kala to estuary)of the Yalong river.The starting-point of the outbound traffic highway of Jinping-Ⅰand Jinping-Ⅱhydropower project lies in Mansuiwan town which is in the eastern side of Maoniu mountain and along An’ning riverside. The end point of the outbound traffic highway is the left bank of the Yalong River Bridge of Jinping -ⅡHydropower project.The highway is 57 km long which is along the high mountains and deep V-type and U-type valley.The complex geological conditions and steep topography lead to many high slope problems and geological disasters.So stability analysis of the slope and its control measure become a critical technology in Jinping Hydropower construction.A review and summary on stability analysis of the high slope and its treatment technology was made in this paper firstly.The study field was presented on the basis of the practices of stability analysis and its control measures of the high slope of Jinping hydropower project outbound traffic highway.The main research works and its conclusions are summed up as followed.(1)the analysis surveying has been carried out on the destroying of accommodation road high slope for Jin ping hydroelectric station.Have brought out many hydrography condition which affecting high slope,point out the bad various geology condition which may produce the stability affecting the high slope,And,the eight engineering geology conditions has carried out analysis on representative high slope,have pointed out the destroying pattern which may happened.(2)According to high slope engineering geology,summed up out the loss destroying pattern and mechanism,basic on that,summed up out four kinds of loss destroying pattern.(3)According to 4 kinds loss,the stability analysis method have been brought forward applying to that high slope on having analyzed the high slope detailed losing the basis destroying a pattern’s surely,have been that the straight line,arc type or the stability seeming the arc type destroys analyses method,have given a corresponding stability out reckoning together.(4)4 kinds of high slopes have destroyed patterns according to that section, have brought forward corresponding prevention and cure project measure,and have brought forward the comprehensiveness prevention and cure project measure.(5)The analysis results are applied to the high slope prevention and cure project of the Jinping hydropower project outbound traffic highway.The engineering practice indicated that the analysis results have better technological and economical effect on the project and can be referential the similar project.
